Slavutych (Ukrainian: Славутич, ) is a station on Kyiv Metro's Syretsko-Pecherska Line. It is situated between Vydubychi and Osokorky stations and was opened on 30 December 1992. The station was designed by architect Alyoshkin. Slavutych station has 2 entrances. This station is situated on Mykoly Bazhana Avenue near the Southern Metro Bridge. This station is situated near the Dnieper river, Slavutych being an old name of the river. Slavutych station is served by trains from 05:43hrs to 00:12hrs.

Telychka (Ukrainian: Теличка) is an unfinished station on the Kyiv Metro's Syretsko-Pecherska Line located in between the Vydubychi and Slavutych stations. The station is located in the Telychka neighborhood of Kyiv's right-bank Holosiiv Raion (district). It is the last station on the Syretsko-Pecherska Line that is located on Kyiv's right bank, right before the Pivdennyi Bridge. The station's construction was first envisioned in the late 1980s to the early 1990s along with the other neighboring stations. It was then known as the Naddniprianska (Ukrainian: Наддніпрянська) station. However, its construction was frozen as it was located in a high-density industrial zone that would not have a high passenger ridership. In 2011 it was expected that the station will be finished once the industrial zone is revitalized and converted into a commercial and business complex.The station was designed as a shallow-level bi-span, with passenger platforms located on either side of the tracks (similar to the design of the Vyrlytsia, Chervonyi Khutir, and Dnipro stations).

The Lybid (Ukrainian: Либідь) is a small river in Kyiv, Ukraine. A right tributary of the Dnieper, it flows within the "Right Bank" (original) part of the city, just to the west of the historic center. The Lybid has played an important role in shaping Kyiv's urban design by aiding the city's drainage system.

The Struve Railroad Bridge (Russian: Железнодорожный мост Струве), was the first all-metal railroad bridge over the Dnieper that existed from 1855 to 1920 in Kyiv. The bridge was one of the longest in the empire, yielding in length only to the bridges in Syzran and Yekaterinoslav.

Osokorky (Ukrainian: Осокорки) is a historical neighbourhood, on the left bank of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Osokorky metro station is situated in this neighborhood.

Vydubychi (Ukrainian: Видубичі, ) is a station of Kyiv Metro's Syretsko-Pecherska Line. It is situated between Druzhby Narodiv and Slavutych stations. This station was opened on 30 December 1991. Vydubychi station was designed by architects T. Tselikovska. The station has 2 entrances. One of them is situated in underground passage under the crossing of Saperno-Slobidska street and Naddniprianske shose. Another is situated near the bus station Vydubychi, the Vydubychi railway station of the Kyiv Urban Electric Train and the Vydubychi-Trypilski rail station. The second entrance was built in 2001. Vydubychi station works from 05:42 to 00:15.

Vydubychi Monastery (Ukrainian: Видубицький монастир Vydubyts'kyi monastyr) is an historic monastery in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. During the Soviet period it housed the NANU Institute of Archaeology.

The Trinity Monastery of St. Jonas (Ukrainian: Свято-Троїцький Іонинський чоловічий монастир; Russian: Свято-Троицкий Ионинский монастырь) is a Ukrainian Orthodox monastery in the Kyivan neighbourhood of Zvirynets, a short distance from the medieval Vydubychi Monastery. It was Jonas, a Vydubychi hegumen, who founded this monastery in 1864. Princess Vasilchikov, the widow of Kyiv's Governor General, decided to support the undertaking and presented her dacha to the brethren. It was on these grounds that the katholikon was constructed. The monastery's bell tower, at 110 meters, was to be the tallest in the Orthodox world. Its construction was halted due to the outbreak of World War I. As many as 800 monks resided there at the time. The monastery was closed in 1934 and its grounds were taken over by the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden. The monks of the recently revived monastery now help to restore the nearby Zvirynets caves.

The M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden (Ukrainian: Національний ботанічний сад імені М.М. Гришка, Natsionalnyi botanichnyi sad im. M.M.Hryshka) is located in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden is a botanical garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It is named after the Soviet botanist Mykola Hryshko who was born in Poltava. Founded in 1936, the garden covers 1.3 km² (120 hectares) and contains 13,000 types of trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants from all over the world. It has many coniferous trees and honey locusts, and flowers such as peonies, roses, magnolias, and bushes including lilacs. The garden has hothouses, conservatories, greenhouses and rosaries. It is the most popular amongst the residents, where one can see exotic plants, and attend flower exhibitions. The blooming lilacs at the end of spring are popular in the central garden. The Vydubychi Monastery and Trinity Monastery of St. Jonas are located on the grounds of the botanical gardens. The territory of the garden is divided into floristic complexes, such as Ukrainian Carpathians, Plains of Ukraine, Crimea, Caucasus, Central Asia, Altai and Western Siberia, Far East. In every zone, plants typical for a particular region can be found. The geography and landscape of each territory were recreated as well. Also, the garden has a large collection of unique and rare tropical and subtropical plants that are represented in the greenhouse. The Botanical garden can impress with more than 350 species of orchids. In 2012, with the assistance of the Korean government, a Korean traditional garden based on Changdeok was created in the National Botanical Garden to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea.

Paton Bridge is one of the bridges across the Dnieper in Kyiv, Ukraine named after its constructor Evgeny Paton. Built between 1941 and 1953, it is one of the world's first all-welded bridge and is also the longest bridge in Kyiv having a length of 1,543 metres (5,062 ft). Traffic across the bridge was opened on 5 November 1953. The bridge also acts as a segment of the Lesser Ring Road of Kyiv.
