Omega Institute for Holistic Studies is a non-profit educational retreat center located in Rhinebeck, New York. Windswept Farm is a historic home located at Clinton in Dutchess County, New York. The main block of the house was built about 1823 and is a Federal-style dwelling. The main block is a 2-story, five-bay timber-frame house. A 1+1⁄2-story gabled addition was completed about 1840. Also on the property are two barns and a cider mill.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

With no supply and no market, Quinn founded his company, CurrantC™, in 2003 and began to grow black currants on his 135-acre (55 ha), farm and Quinn sought to interest consumers and New York farmers in the fruit, which was then being supplied to the United States by Europe usually in the form of preserves. CurrantC™ is now the number one supplier of Currant products in the United States. In addition to farming and teaching at the New York Botanical Garden, Quinn has written eight children's books published by Scholastic Press, including the titles A Gift of a Tree, The Garden in Our Yard, 365 Meditations for Teachers, and books within the Natural Treasure series. He also has written for SKY magazine, Good Housekeeping, and Fine Gardening and has been "The Garden and Nature Guy" on WHUD and other Pamal Broadcasting radio stations, and FOX 5 television, WNYW out of New York City.

Wild Hive Farm is a farm and mill located in Clinton Corners, New York. It was founded to promote sustainable agriculture in the Hudson Valley through grain-based local agriculture.Wild Hive Farm was founded by Don Lewis in 1982. He was a former professional beekeeper and slowly built a modest empire of whole grains and organic flours amid the waves of grain in the rolling terrain of Dutchess County, in the mid-Hudson Valley. He started by selling honey based baked goods and other products at Union Square Greenmarket in New York.The Wild Hive Farm Bakery began in Lewis' kitchen, where he experimented with producing local and tasty baked goods. Soon after, Wild Hive Farm Store, and Café Bakery opened and began serving customers. As sales of flour and milled products increased, Lewis started the Wild Hive Farm Community Grain ProjectLewis plans to expand the offerings of the Wild Hive Community Grain project as time goes on and to use the Farm's facilities as a means of teach sustainable agriculture.

Williams Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Rhinebeck, Dutchess County, New York. The farmhouse was built about 1835 and is a 1+1⁄2-story, five-bay frame building in the Greek Revival style. It is topped by a gable roof and sits on a slightly raised stone foundation. It features a 1-story, flat-roof front porch with square, Doric order columns. Also on the property are three contributing barns, two stone walls, a pond / dam, and a guest cottage.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

Benjamin C. Tousey House, also known as "The Willows," is a historic home located at Clinton in Dutchess County, New York. The property includes six contributing buildings and one contributing structures. They are the main house, a stone cottage with garage in the basement, a stone garage, a frame lodge, two frame sheds, and a gazebo. The main house was built in 1914-1915 and is a compactly designed, two story rectangular house with arelatively low pitched roof. The ground floor is clad in wood shingles and the upper floor in stucco and half timbers. It features a complex arrangement of balconies and terraces and is representative of the American Craftsman style.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

The main house was built about 1810 and is a traditional two story, five-bay, center hall Federal style dwelling. The rectangular frame structure sits on a partially exposed stone foundation and topped by a gable roof. It has a one-story frame wing. Also on the property are three barns, a carriage house, stone walls, a machine shed, well / wellhouse, and summer kitchen. The barn group includes a large "H" frame Dutch barn and two smaller barns.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

John H. Traver Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Württemberg in Dutchess County, New York. The main house was built about 1876 and is a two-story, five-bay, center hall frame dwelling. It is sheathed in clapboard siding and has a low pitched hipped roof with broadly projecting eaves. It features a verandah with square support posts and ornate scroll sawn knee braces. Also on the property is a Dutch barn, a carriage house, shed, and stone walls.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Parsonage and Cemetery is a historic Lutheran church, parsonage, and cemetery in Wurtemberg in Dutchess County, New York. The church was built about 1802, enlarged in 1832, and remodeled in 1861. It is a large, two-story rectangular frame building with a gable roof and prominent central tower. It is in the Federal style. The parsonage was built about 1870 and is a two-story, center-hall frame building in the Italianate style. The cemetery has burials dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Also on the property are two sheds.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

Pultz Farmhouse is a historic home located at Wurtemberg in Dutchess County, New York. The house is a three part, one story rectangular dwelling. The central section dates to about 1750 and is a five bay, center hall plan building. The two bay north wing was attached about 1800. The saltbox wing was also added about 1800. Also on the property is a contributing machine shed.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
