Stearleyville is an unincorporated community in Jackson Township, Clay County, Indiana. The townsite of Stearleyville was founded by George Stearley, the son of German immigrants Johann (John) and Rosanna Burkhardt Stierle from Pfuhl, Neu-Ulm, Bavaria who emigrated to Clay County in 1856. George Steraley served as Clay County sheriff. In this family there were six sons: George, William, John, Fred, Charles and Tobias, and one daughter, Rose. There was a railroad depot, store, church and several dwellings. A blacksmith shop was started by George Stearley II, then operated by his brother Roy. A post office was established at Stearleyville in 1893, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1902.By 1900, there were so many descendants of the Stearleys in the area, it prompted a local saying that "Clay County was made up of Stearleys and Ragweeds".Today this area is part of the Terre Haute Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The studios were located at 1301 Ohio Street in Terre Haute, Indiana. but were moved to 925 Wabash Avenue Suite 300. The building at 13th and Ohio was completely torn down in July 2013.

Brazil Downtown Historic District is a national historic district located at Brazil, Clay County, Indiana. The district encompasses 35 contributing buildings and two contributing objects in the central business district of Brazil. The district developed between about 1875 and 1935, and includes notable examples of Italianate, Romanesque Revival, and Renaissance Revival style architecture. Located in the district is the separately listed United States Post Office. Other notable buildings include the Sinclair Oil Gas Station (c. 1935), Lark Theater (1922, 1958), Citizens Bank Building (c. 1910), Brazil Trust Company (c. 1915), D.H. Davis Building (1909), and Telephone Building (c. 1925).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

US Post Office-Brazil is a historic post office building located at Brazil, Clay County, Indiana. It was designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect under James Knox Taylor and built in 1911–1913 in the Classical Revival style. It is a two-story, brick building over a raised granite faced basement. The front facade features a blind colonnade with six Tuscan order columns of Indiana limestone. It has a hipped roof hidden from view by a parapet. It has housed the Clay County Historical Society Museum since 1980.: 5–6, 13 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It is located in the Brazil Downtown Historic District.

Clay County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Brazil, Clay County, Indiana. It was designed by noted Indiana architect John W. Gaddis and built in 1914 in the Classical Revival style. It is a three-story, limestone building over a raised basement. It features a multi-tiered parapet with clock faces within a decorative tympanum and a two-story dome atop the flat roof. The interior has a rotunda with stained glass octahedral dome.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
