Sharonville is a city largely in Hamilton county in the U.S. state of Ohio. The population was 14,117 at the 2020 census. Sharonville is part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area and located about 13 mi from downtown Cincinnati.

Twelve Mile House In 1842, The Twelve Mile House was originally built as an inn and tavern for travelers and local residents. A simple, but imposing building. The Twelve Mile House was built in the Greek Revival Style, which is considered to be the first style to be developed in America. It is particularly noted for its feeling of monumental permanence. Under various ownership and through 1861, the building continued to serve as a hotel with restaurant and bar until sometime after 1912. The Victorian bar entrance featuring beer mugs in relief on stone pilasters beside the doorway and grapes cut into lintel above is of particular significance in the buildings architectural history and has been retained as a monument to the past. During the years until 1915, the inn served as a refuge to drivers, who herded cattle and hogs to the stockyards of Cincinnati, and to the haulers, who teamed huge loads of hay to livery stables and horse barns in the city. Throughout Prohibition Days, the inn gained new life as a Road House with dancing, live bands and entertainment. In later years, the original structure as expanded to accommodate additional business. The Twelve Mile House has served as a landmark through the cultural and population changes within our society. Commercial activity created by its existence has played a significant role in the development of the present city of Sharonville. Today, this structure has been preserved and will continue to serve the community and its heirs as a landmark of our past and the future. Sharonville Transmission is a Ford Motor Company transmission factory in Sharonville, Ohio. Sharonville's heavy transmission product is the 10R140 transmission used in Super Duty pickups. They are still running the 6R140 from 2006 in small quantities. In 2019 the plant was awarded another 900 mil to go along with the 200 mil awarded to them in 2015 to continue running current product and also introduce the 10R80, 10R80 diesel, and future 10R100. Evendale (pronounced EE-vən-dayl) is a village in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, within the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The population was 2,669 at the 2020 census.

Gorman Heritage Farm is a working, educational, non-profit farm on 122 acres (49 ha) in Evendale, Ohio, United States. The farm consists of 30 tillable acres (12 ha), a farmyard, gardens, 5 miles (8.0 km) of hiking trails, and a wildflower preserve. The farm raises livestock, grows produce and flowers, and produces biochar. The farm is operated by the non-profit Gorman Heritage Farm Foundation, whose mission is to educate visitors about agriculture, nutrition, sustainability, and the environment. The farm is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Brown–Gorman Farm.

The Mathew Mound (designated 33-HA-122) is a Native American mound in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. Located off Oak Road near the village of Evendale, the mound is believed to have been built by members of the Adena or Hopewell peoples during the Woodland period.: 629 For many years, local legend held that the mound was the burial site of a historic Native American known as "Opekasit"; the legend lent itself to the milk-processing operation run by the mound's owners, which was known for many years as the Opekasit Dairy. The mound is 4.5 feet (1.4 m) high with a diameter of slightly more than 60 feet (18 m). Having never been excavated, it is a prime example of a burial mound from the Woodland period. Based on the excavation of similar mounds, it is expected that the Mathew Mound contains evidence of funerary practices such as grave goods and the remains of buried bodies.: 630  It is one of two archaeological sites in the vicinity: the other, a small campsite designated 33-HA-125, is a small fraction of a mile west of the mound, but excavation yielded nothing significant. Because the mound is a potentially valuable archaeological site, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

Heritage Village Museum is a recreated 1800s community in Southwestern Ohio, in the United States. The village contains 13 historic buildings from around the Cincinnati area; they were moved here to save them from destruction. The village is located within Sharon Woods Park in Sharonville, Ohio. Heritage Village is open year-round for self-guided tours.

Princeton High School is a public, co-educational high school in Sharonville, Ohio, United States. The school is a part of the Princeton City School District. Princeton High School offers grades nine through twelve, educating students from the Cincinnati metropolitan area communities of Evendale, Glendale, Lincoln Heights, Springdale, Sharonville, Woodlawn, Heritage Hill and portions of Blue Ash, Deerfield Township, West Chester Township, and Springfield Township since its establishment in 1955. Princeton High School is near the intersection of interstates 75 and 275 at 100 Viking Way.

The Kemper Log House is a two-story, double pen log house, which was built in 1804 by the Reverend James Kemper on Kemper Lane, in the Walnut Hills neighborhood. It was occupied by members of the Kemper family until 1897. It is one of the oldest houses built in Cincinnati, Ohio that is still standing. The house was moved in 1912 to the Cincinnati Zoo and then relocated at Heritage Village Museum in Sharon Woods. Its operation is coordinated with Historic Southwest Ohio, which maintains the village.

SugoiCon was an annual three day anime convention in the Cincinnati–Northern Kentucky metropolitan area held at the Crowne Plaza Cincinnati North in Sharonville, Ohio. The convention was organized by Southwest Ohio Regional Animation.

The Sharonville Engineer Depot (sometimes Sharonville Engineering Depot) was a facility constructed by the United States Army near Sharonville in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, for the purpose of storage of strategic metals. The site was originally 642 acres in size. The site was constructed in 1942. The site was transferred to the General Services Administration (GSA) in 1949. After that time, the GSA sold or transferred portions of the property to various governmental and private entities. GSA retained approximately 80 acres which (in 1998) were leased to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).The Depot is listed as a Formerly Used Defense Site by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).The Depot was investigated by contractors working for the USACE in the mid-1990s. The investigation was triggered by reports of possible contamination in groundwater by organic compounds at the nearby Brighton Corporation. Four monitoring wells were installed and the groundwater was sampled, but no organic compounds were detected.
