The Kessler Theater is a historic live music venue located in the neighborhood of Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas. Originally constructed in 1941, the theatre has a rich history intertwined with the city.

Briggs Sanitorium is a former sanitorium (also listed as Briggs' Sanitarium) developed in 1896 by Dr. J.R. Briggs, and located at the corner of Jefferson and Tyler streets, in Oak Cliff, Texas. Noted as the first hospital built in Oak Cliff, it included five wings, containing fifty-two rooms. In 1905, its medical director was J. R. Briggs.The building burned down in a devastating fire, which started in the sanitarium's laboratory, and continued on to ravage fourteen city blocks on April 4, 1909.

King's Highway is located in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas (USA). The district is bounded by Stewart Drive on the north, Davis Street on the south, Tyler Street on the east and Mary Cliff Road on the west. It is in Dallas Council District 3.The conservation district was established in 1988 by Dallas Ordinance 19910, and governs zoning, renovations and replacements, setbacks, etc. Replacement houses are required to meet standards making them similar to the surrounding houses and houses of the period, discouraging teardowns and preventing modern suburban-style architecture. King's Highway was established as a conservation district in 1988 and was the first of its kind to be established in Dallas. A quote from the conservation documents: The homes in the Kings Highway Neighborhood were built primarily in the 1910s and 1920s. Craftsman, Prairie, Eclectic and Tudor styles common to this era are widely represented throughout. During this period, the apartments along the southeastern portion of Kings Highway provided temporary housing for those awaiting the construction of their homes in the adjoining neighborhood of Winnetka Heights.

L.O. Daniel is a neighborhood in northern Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas (USA). It is named for Lark Owen Daniel. The neighborhood is bounded by Hampton Road on the west, Jefferson Boulevard and Sunset Hills on the south, Rosemont Avenue and Winnetka Heights on the east and Davis Street (SH 180) and West Kessler on the north. The Stevenswood annex includes Bison Trail and Stevens Woods Lane & Court to the east of Oak Cliff Boulevard.

Sunset High School is a public secondary school located in the North Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas, United States. The school enrolls students in grades 9-12 and is a part of the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). The school serves a portion of the Dallas and Cockrell Hill catchments. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

Wynnewood is one of the main neighborhoods of Oak Cliff, the southwestern part of Dallas, Texas, United States. Wynnewood covers 820 acres (3.3 km2). The village was once known for buildings having old decorative wood flooring.The United States Air Force, Air Defense Command, maintained a Filter Center in the Wynnewood Professional Building, during the late 1950s. The filter center recorded all air traffic (and many tornadoes) in its 72,000 thousand square mile area of responsibility, which reached from Muleshoe in the west, to Ranger in the east, and up to the Red River, and Lake Texoma.

Stevens Park Golf Course is a public golf course in the Kessler area of Dallas, Texas United States. Often described as the "Little Augusta" of North Texas, the course is located just west of Downtown Dallas and nestled between the Stevens Park Estates and Kessler Park neighborhoods.

Tyler/Vernon station is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located at Tyler Street and Vernon Avenue in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. It opened on June 14, 1996 and is a station on the Red Line, serving the nearby residential and commercial areas. Originally there was no DART parking lot at this station (making it one of the few stations with no parking facilities) but a small pay parking lot, nestled between houses in the mainly residential area, was adjacent to the station. However, this small lot is now part of the station facility and no longer charges for parking.

West Kessler (which also comprises the "annexed" neighborhood of Stevenswood) is a neighborhood named for George E. Kessler in northern Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas (USA).Most of the neighborhood is bounded by Hampton Road on the west, Davis Street (SH 180) and the L. O. Daniel neighborhood on the south, Oak Cliff Boulevard on the east and the Stevens Park Golf Course on the north. The Stevenswood annex includes Bison Trail and Stevens Wood Lane & Court to the east of Oak Cliff Boulevard.

The Bishop Arts District is a small shopping and entertainment district in north Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas (USA), near the intersection of Bishop Street and Davis Street. The Bishop Arts District is immediately southwest of Downtown Dallas.
