The Fredericia–Aarhus Line (Danish: Fredericia–Aarhus banen) is a 108.5 km (67.4 mi) long standard-gauge double-track railway line in Denmark which runs between the cities of Fredericia and Århus in East Jutland. It constitutes a section of the East Jutland longitudinal railway line (Danish: Den Østjyske Længdebane), the through route along the east coast of the Jutland Peninsula from the German border at Padborg to the port city of Frederikshavn in North Jutland. The railway opened in 1868. The line is owned and maintained by Rail Net Denmark and served with passenger trains by the railway companies DSB and Arriva.

Rårup is a village in Hedensted Municipality in the Mid Jutland Region of Denmark. With a population of 433 (1. January 2024), Rårup is located in Rårup Parish (sogn) 13 km northwest of the town of Juelsminde, 14 km southeast of the city of Horsens and 16 km east of the town of Hedensted. Rårup Church is located in the village. Rårup Hal is located in the village. In the village's church named Sct. Anna is Frederik Rantzau (1677 – 1726) buried, in the Rantzauian Chapel (Det Rantzauske Kapel). Rårup School lies at Kirkedalsvej 64.

Hovedgård is a town in East Jutland with a population of 2,327 (2023), located in the Central Jutland Region, part of Horsens Municipality. The town is located in Ørridslev Parish. Previously, Hovedgård was a railway town between Skanderborg and Horsens. The town is in all probability named after the manor of Great Hovedgård which is close by. Inside the town you will find Tornbjerg Wood. A few kilometers to the southwest is Ørridslev church, which dates from the 12th century. Hovedgård has an active community and club environment and is particularly known for its music. Hovedgård School Orchestra celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2012. The town is located 13 kilometers north of Horsens, 16 kilometers south of Skanderborg and 35 kilometers southwest of Aarhus.

The State Prison at Møgelkær is a prison located in Møgelkær in Denmark. The place where the prison is now located was in the beginning a manor house. Later the location was used as a workplace for young unemployed people. From 1945 to 1973 the place was used as a youth prison until it was transformed into prison for adults inmates.

Tyrsted Parish (Danish: Tyrsted Sogn) is a parish in the Diocese of Aarhus in Horsens Municipality, Denmark. It is located 2 miles southeast of Horsens, Jutland, Denmark.

Until 1 January 2007 Juelsminde municipality was a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Vejle County on the east coast of the Jutland peninsula in central Denmark. The municipality included the island of Hjarnø, and covered an area of 240 km2. It had a total population of 15,555 (2005). Its last mayor was Peter Schmidt Hansen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Juelsminde. The main part of the municipality was located on a headland. Juelsminde municipality was, as the result of Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007), merged with Hedensted municipality and most of Tørring-Uldum municipality to form a new Hedensted municipality. This created a municipality with an area of 565 km2 and a total population of 56,508 (2005). The new municipality belongs to Region Midtjylland.

Juelsminde is a coastal town in Hedensted Municipality, Central Denmark Region in Denmark. It is located 23 km southeast of Horsens, 32 km east of Vejle and 26 km eastsoutheast of Hedensted. Juelsminde was the municipal seat of the former Juelsminde Municipality until 1. January 2007. Juelsminde Church built in 1911–12 is the youngest church in Hedensted Municipality. Juelsminde Harbour Museum is located in the old harbour smithy on Juelsminde Marina. The Museum's exhibition tells the history of the harbour and its various professions and activities throughout the times.

Forum Horsens Arena, known as CASA Arena Horsens for sponsorship reasons, is a stadium in Horsens, Denmark. Used primarily for football, it is the home ground of AC Horsens and has a capacity of 10,400, of which 7,500 is seated. The stadium is also used for speedway and as a concert venue. The adjacent indoor venue is Forum Horsens. The Rolling Stones were the first band to play a concert at the stadium. On 29 March 2005, Irish vocal pop band Westlife held a concert for their The No 1's Tour supporting their album Allow Us to Be Frank. Madonna's concert in 2006 became the biggest concert in Horsens history with 85,232 fans in attendance. Recent concerts at the ground have included AC/DC in 2010 on the Black Ice World Tour, U2 in 2010 on the 360 Tour for 2 nights, Bon Jovi as part of the 2011 European leg of The Circle Tour and One Direction on 16 June 2015 during their On the Road Again Tour. In 2015 the Arena became the third venue to host the Speedway Grand Prix of Denmark. The company behind the reconstruction of Casa Arena Horsens was 3XN.

Forum Horsens is an indoor sports arena and music venue in Horsens, Denmark. It seats 4,000 spectators for sports events, and for concerts there can be 4,500 sitting or 5,000 standing. It is adjacent to the larger Forum Horsens Arena stadium.
