Čaglavica (Albanian: Çagllavicë, Serbian Cyrillic: Чаглавица) is a village near Pristina, Kosovo.

Ulpiana was an ancient Roman city located in what is today Kosovo. It was also named Justiniana Secunda (Latin: Iustiniana Secunda, Albanian: Justinianë Sekundë. Ulpiana is located in the municipality of Gračanica, 12 km southeast of Pristina. The Minicipium Ulpiana or Iustiniana Secunda was proclaimed an archaeological park under the permanent protection of Kosovo by the Kosova Council for Cultural Heritage in 2016. The archaeological park has an area of 161.10 hectares and a surrounding protection zone of 96.23 hectares. Ulpiana was among the largest settlements in the Balkans in late antiquity.

The Second Battle of Kosovo (Hungarian: második rigómezei csata, Turkish: İkinci Kosova Muharebesi) was a land battle between a Hungarian-led Crusader army and the Ottoman Empire at Kosovo field that took place from 17–20 October 1448. It was the culmination of a Hungarian offensive to avenge the defeat at the Battle of Varna four years earlier. In the three-day battle the Ottoman army under the command of Sultan Murad II defeated the Crusader army of regent John Hunyadi. After the battle, the path was clear for the Turks to conquer Serbia and the other Balkan States, it also ended any hopes of saving Constantinople. The Hungarian kingdom no longer had the military and financial resources to mount an offensive against the Ottomans. With the end of the half-century-long Crusader threat to their European frontier, Murad's son Mehmed II was free to lay siege to Constantinople in 1453.

Kosovo Polje (Serbian Cyrillic: Косово Поље, "Kosovo Field") or Fushë Kosova (Albanian indefinite form: Fushë Kosovë), is a town and municipality located in the District of Pristina in Kosovo. According to the 2011 census, the town of Kosovo Polje has 12,919 inhabitants, while the municipality has 33,977 inhabitants. The last official census tell’s that Kosovo Polje has 64,078 resident people.

Ugljare (Serbian Cyrillic: Угљаре) or Uglara (Albanian: Uglarë), is a village in the Gračanica municipality of Kosovo. Ugljare was part of the Kosovo Polje municipality before the Gračanica Municipality was created. It is a Serb enclave; it has a supermajority of ethnic Serbs. Ugljare is located about 5 kilometers from city center of Pristina and 12 kilometers from the Gračanica monastery. There is river passing through the Ugljare, Prištevka.

Hajvalia (Albanian: Hajvalia, Serbian Cyrillic: Ајвалија) is a village in the municipality of Pristina, Kosovo. It has approximately 2,300 houses and 7,391 (2011) inhabitants. A small creek begins in the town, while another begins north-east of the town and runs through it. After 1970, right up until now, there has been an increase in population, mainly from newcomers. The road here passes through Gjilan and Prishtinë and connects with M25.2 way.

The Palace of Justice (Albanian: Pallati i Drejtësisë; Serbian: Палата правде / Palata pravde) in Pristina is the seat of most of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo. It is located in the capital city of Kosovo, Pristina. Its construction began on 23 June 2011 and continued into 2014. The Palace of Justice is a project co-funded by the European Union and the government of Kosovo at an approximate cost of €30 million.

University for Business and Technology (UBT) is a private university located in Kosovo.

The Gračanica Monastery (Serbian: Манастир Грачаница, romanized: Manastir Gračanica; Albanian: Manastiri i Graçanicës) is a Serbian Orthodox monastery located in Kosovo. It was built by the Serbian king Stefan Milutin in 1321. The monastery was declared a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1990, and on 13 July 2006 it was placed on UNESCO's World Heritage List under the name of Medieval Monuments in Kosovo as an extension of the Visoki Dečani site, which was overall placed on the List of World Heritage in Danger. The Gračanica Monastery is one of King Milutin's last monumental endowments. The monastery is located in Gračanica, a Serbian enclave in the close vicinity of Lipjan, the old residence of bishops of Lipljan.

Pristina Bus Station is the main bus station in Pristina, Kosovo, 2 km south-west of the city, near Bill Clinton Boulevard. The bus station is composed by a bus depot and bus terminals, responsible to provides transport to the rest of Kosovo and continental destinations.

The Football Federation of Kosovo (Albanian: Federata e Futbollit e Kosovës; FFK) is the governing body of football in Kosovo, with headquarters in Pristina. The Football Federation of Kosovo was established in 1946 as a branch of the Football Association of Yugoslavia, it has since become independent and was headed by Fadil Vokrri until his sudden death in 2018. It organizes eight competitions of football in Kosovo.

The University of Pristina was founded in the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo, Socialist Republic of Serbia, Yugoslavia, in the city of Pristina, for the academic year 1969–1970 and functioned until 1999. However, owing to political upheaval, war, successive mutual expulsions of faculty of one ethnicity or the other, and resultant pervasive ethnic-based polarisation, there came to be two disjoint institutions using the same name, albeit idiosyncratically to reflect ethnic identity. Albanian-language activity continues at the original location (University of Pristina), whilst the Serbian-language University of Priština has relocated to North Mitrovica, where it maintains its place within the Serbian education system.
