John Van Buren Tavern is a historic inn and tavern building located near Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-by-five-bay, brick building with a side-gable roof. It was built sometime between 1800 and 1821 and operated as a tavern into the 1860s, when it was converted to a residence. Also on the property are a contributing smokehouse and house lived in while the tavern was under construction.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Battle Island State Park is a 235-acre (0.95 km2) state park located on the Oswego River in Oswego County, New York. Included within the park is the 18-hole Battle Island State Park Golf Course. The park is located on the west bank of the river, north of the City of Fulton, along New York State Route 48.

It consists of a 1+1⁄2-story, five-by-three-bay, main block with a large 1-story rear wing in the Greek Revival style. The brick structure was constructed in 1847.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Sunoco's Fulton ethanol plant in Fulton, New York is the first such facility owned by the company. The plant is spread over an area of 115 acres in Riverview Business Park and includes a 250,000 ft² brewhouse. The plant has the capacity to produce 85m gallons of ethanol annually. Northeast Biofuels opened the plant in 2008; however, design flaws led to growth of bacteria in pipes that were difficult to clean. Northeast Biofuels tried to rectify the problem and fix the pipes but failed. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2009. Sunoco bought the plant from Northeast Biofuels in June 2009 for $8.5m. The company spent $25m, and contracted ICM, to repair the design flaws and start production. The refurbished facility became fully operational with the production of the first batch of ethanol in June 2010.Facility operations include grain receiving, storage and milling, a mash preparation process, fermentation process, distillation process, dehydration and evaporation processes and a DDGS drying process. Two boilers are used to generate steam for the facility and its process. Furthermore, two regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) are used to control VOC and CO emissions; and additional control devices are used to keep emissions below applicable major source thresholds.

Fulton Public Library is a historic library building located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It is a masonry structure built in 1905–1906 in the Beaux-Arts style. The building is built on a steeply sloped lot and is two stories at street level and four stories behind. It was designed and built with funds provided by the philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. It is one of 3,000 such libraries constructed between 1885 and 1919, and one of 107 in New York State. Carnegie provided $15,000 toward the construction of the Fulton library.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

John Wells Pratt House, also known as Pratt House Museum, is a historic home and museum located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. Built in 1863, it is a large two story residence in the Italianate style. The house is rectangular in plan with a three bay wide, three bay deep hipped roof main block with a gabled two story service wing. It features a cupola with round arched windows. A finely detailed Queen Anne style porch was added about 1880.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

US Post Office-Fulton is a historic post office building located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It was built in 1912-1915 and enlarged in 1936–1938. It is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department, James Knox Taylor. It is a two-story building with a limestone facade that contains a six-part colonnade with attached Doric order columns set in antis between Doric piers in the Greek Revival style. The lobby features a mural by Caroline S. Rohland in 1942 titled "Father LeMoyne Trying to Convert the Indians on Pathfinder Island."It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

State Street Methodist Episcopal Church, now known as State Street United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. The original section was built in 1894, and expanded in 1900 with the addition of an auditorium in the Akron Plan. It consists of a one-story auditorium with 1+1⁄2-story education. A basement was added in 1906, and two-story wing in 1962. The church is constructed of red brick and is in the Romanesque style. It has a slate cross-gable roof and two asymmetrical towers. The larger bell tower is four stories tall and contains two levels of stained glass windows.: 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Mount Adnah Cemetery is a historic rural cemetery located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It was designed in 1853 and within the boundaries of this contributing site are two contributing buildings (superintendent's house and barn), 10 contributing structures, and five contributing objects. Notable burials include M. Lindley Lee (1805–1876) and Albert Lindley Lee (1834–1907).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Oak Street School is a historic school building located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It is a rectangular red brick structure, trimmed in cast stone and built in 1913–1914. It is a two-story building over a high brick basement. It ceased being used as a school in 1991. It has since been retrofitted into small apartments used primarily by senior residents of the city. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Lake Neatahwanta is located in and near the city of Fulton in Oswego County, New York. It covers approximately 750 acres (3.0 km2) of which about one-half is located within the city, while the other half is located in the town of Granby. Neatahwanta translates to "little lake near the big lake" in Iroquois. It is currently prohibited to swim in the lake or to allow pets to have contact with the water due to pollution and microbial growth. It is currently being dredged in hope to have it open for public use again. It is expected to be fully clean in about 2 years.
