According to its 1993 NRHP nomination, it is significant historically "as a noteworthy example of the 'mechanical arts' building type that became important to the curriculum of high schools throughout the state during the early Twentieth Century. It is a physical representation in Springville of the Smith-Hughes Act of Congress which was passed in 1917 to establish and foster high school training in the trades, home economics, and vocational agriculture."It was vacant from 1960 to 1986; from 1986 to 1993 it had been used by the city's arts council.It is one of five mechanical arts buildings listed on the National Register in Utah. The Springville Museum of Art in Springville, Utah, United States is the oldest museum for the visual fine arts in Utah. In 1986, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As of 2012, the museum's director is Rita Wright.

Along with eleven other properties, the Deal House was nominated to the National Register via the Springville Multiple Property Submission.: 5 The NRHP nomination for the house argues that it "is significant in the broad patterns of Springville history as an example of the larger, more substantially constructed homes built during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries", and that it demonstrates the development in Springville of awareness of popular architectural styles elsewhere.

The Springville Carnegie Library at 175 South Main Street in Springville, Utah, United States is a Prairie School style Carnegie library building completed in 1922. It is one of the 23 Carnegie Libraries that were built in Utah. It functioned as the city public library until 1965, when the library was moved to a new larger building (which in turn was replaced and later demolished in the mid 2010s). The 1922 building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. It now houses a pioneer relic museum for the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Music Co.. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.The building was first a furniture and music store, then a billiard parlor during approximately 1920 to 1928, and then a hotel into the 1960s.

The Crandall Houses at 112 and 136 E. 200 North in Springville, Utah are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. They are the Clarence L. Crandall House and the Nelson D. Crandall House. The houses were both built in 1900, and are twin houses that look virtually identical. The designs appear to be adapted from pattern books circulating around that time. The design of the houses reflects the Victorian ideal of adapting high-style architecture to vernacular style homes. The Queen Anne-style trim, in particular, is unique within Springville.
