Rockwall is a city in Rockwall County, Texas, United States, which is part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It is the county seat of Rockwall County. The U.S. Census Bureau estimate's Rockwall's 2019 population to be 45,888. The name Rockwall is derived from a naturally jointed geological formation, which has the appearance of an artificial wall.

Heritage Christian Academy is a private K-12 Christian school located in Rockwall, Texas. Founded in 1995, it offers grades Pre-K3-12th. The school is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Accreditation Commission of the Texas Association of Baptist Schools (ACTABS).

Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium is an 8,330-capacity multi-use stadium located in Rockwall, Texas. The stadium was built by the Rockwall Independent School District in 1975. Used for football, soccer, and track & field it has been home to Rockwall High School since the stadium's opening and Rockwall-Heath High School since 2005. The stadium was remodeled after the 2008 football season and reopened in time for football season to begin in 2009. Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium was named in honor of J.A. Wilkerson who was a Math Teacher, Superintendent and football coach and Harvey Sanders who was a local businessman and strong supporter of the Rockwall Yellowjackets. Wilkerson came to the Rockwall Schools in the late 1920s. He assumed duties as superintendent, math teacher, and football coach in 1934. With his leadership and a strong football tradition additional momentum from the fans became stronger. This led to a new design and construction of a football stadium on the property east of Rockwall High School (presently Hobart Wisdom Stadium) in the 1940s. When the present-day stadium was built, the community and Rockwall Independent School District named the stadium in honor of both Wilkerson and Sanders.

Ralph M. Hall/Rockwall Municipal Airport (FAA LID: F46) is a city-owned public airport 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) east of the central business district of Rockwall, Texas, United States. The airport has no IATA or ICAO designation.The airport's name honors Ralph Hall, a lifelong Rockwall County resident who served as the United States representative for Texas's 4th congressional district.

Squabble Creek is a stream in Rockwall County, Texas, in the United States.Squabble Creek once carried much more water before overuse of groundwater caused the creek to often run dry. Its springs are near the Ralph M. Hall municipal airport, while its mouth is near the Rockwall Golf and Athletic Club. During the summer or during low lake levels, the creek often does not reach the lake. It has a length of 4.2 miles.

Mobile City is a city in Rockwall County, Texas, United States on the outskirts of Rockwall. The population was 188 at the 2010 census. It currently has the highest population density of any city in Texas, and is the only Texas city (and the smallest city in the country) with a population density of over 10,000 people per square mile. Mobile City consists of a mobile home park, liquor store, and convenience store.

Rockwall Christian Academy is permanently closed as of Fall 2015. RCA was a private Christian school located in Rowlett, Texas. The school was founded in 1987, and it educates about 180 students in kindergarten to grade 12.
