The Sun Oil Building is a historic building in the Center City area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The 19-story Art Deco high-rise stands 230 feet (70 m) tall. It served as the headquarters of the Sun Oil Company from its erection in 1928 until Sun relocated in 1971. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on February 2, 1984.

Solomon House is an 1887 brick-and-brownstone building at 17th and Moravian Streets in Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was designed by the architectural firm of Furness & Evans, headed by Frank Furness, Philadelphia's leading architect in the last quarter of the 19th century. It was built as the southernmost of a row of five city houses by developer Joseph Solomon and contractor B. Ketcham. It became Solomon's own house, and is the only one of the five still standing. The Solomon House represents a period in Furness's career when he began a more mature, restrained style, yet retained his playful manipulation of texture and color. Major features include a rusticated brownstone base, smooth brownstone bands connecting the first-floor windowsills and the rusticated arches above, a pair of oversized chimneys, a two-story tile-covered box window projecting over the Moravian Street sidewalk, a heavy articulated brick cornice, a dormer capped by a pyramidal tile roof, a calla lily which appears to support a spur wall, and exposed ironwork at the entrance. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The French Quarter is an official city-designated district of Philadelphia spanning the area between 17th and 19th Streets east and west and Walnut and Sansom Streets from north to south. The designation was made official in 1999. According to City Paper, the Philadelphia French Quarter "... is one of the few places outside France that supports a thriving French culture" even though "it remains largely unrecognized by both tourists and natives". Le Bec-Fin was a French restaurant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that first opened in 1970. Owner and founder Georges Perrier named the restaurant after the French colloquialism for "fine palate". The restaurant had been rated America's finest French restaurant, and the Mobil Travel Guide traditionally awarded it five stars. Although Perrier announced in July 2010 that he planned to close the restaurant in spring 2011, he waited until February 2012 to sell Le Bec-Fin to one of its former managers, Nicolas Fanucci, who re-opened Le Bec-Fin in June 2012. The restaurant closed for good in June 2013.

The Print Center is a nonprofit gallery located in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Originally known as The Print Club, the gallery's mission is to "encourage the growth and understanding of photography and printmaking as vital contemporary arts through exhibitions, publications and educational programs".

The Warwick is a historic hotel in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Originally constructed in 1925 in an English Renaissance style, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on February 8, 1995. The hotel hosted the 1944 NFL Draft, 1960 NFL Draft and 1961 NFL Draft.The building has been divided into condominiums and a hotel that has operated as the Radisson Blu Warwick Hotel in the past, but is now an independent hotel, the Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square.

The Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia is a private social club in Philadelphia. It was founded in June 1928 by a group of women from Philadelphia and its surroundings. In January 1930, the members had purchased the lot at 1616 Latimer Street, and oversaw the construction of an Art Deco building.The members of the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia are all women, and they represent a wide array of ages, races, cultures, interests, skills, professions and affiliations.They work and volunteer in the community. Thirty-eight of the Club's past and present members have been named Distinguished Daughters of Pennsylvania.
