The Harrisburg Odd Fellows Hall, also known as I.O.O.F. Covenant Lodge No. 12, in the small community of Harrisburg, Oregon, USA, was built in 1882. Odd Fellows chapter members L. Stites, a local brickmason and brickyard owner, and John Martin, a carpenter, significantly helped in its construction. The Harrisburg Disseminator then declared it to be "'the finest building in this part of the Willamette Valley'".It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992 for its Italianate architecture. It was historically as a meeting hall, a theater and a specialty store.It is a prominent historic building in Harrisbury's old commercial center, and, in 1992, it had a completely intact lodge hall in the front 50 feet (15 m) of its second floor. It is a two-story 25 feet (7.6 m) by 100 feet (30 m) brick building that is mostly intact, with the exception of its missing cornice. The lodge hall includes plaster walls, coved cornice, door and window trim, tongue-and-grove wainscot and "bases and crested arched backing daises at opposite ends of the hall".

The church was founded in 1902, with the help of Anders Christian Nielsen, in the Danish United Evangelical Lutheran Church of America synod. The present building was completed in 1908. Church services were conducted in Danish until 1951, when the church language changed to English and the name changed to Faith Lutheran Church of Junction City.The church was founded in order to promote the philosophy of N. F. S. Grundtvig, a Danish cleric who promoted Christian fundamentalism, Danish nationalism, and rural education. The church held lectures and other meetings, gymnastic competitions, and celebrations of Danish holidays. These activities helped to preserve the unique ethnic environment of Junction City.

Washburne State Wayside was a state park 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Junction City, in the U.S. state of Oregon. Administered by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, the wayside served as a rest stop for travelers on Oregon Route 99W and an interpretive center for the Applegate Trail. The state bought the land for the park in 1926 from William C. and Mae E. Washburne. It was located on the border between Lane and Benton counties.Amenities included picnic tables, a restroom, a nature trail, and interpretive signs about the Applegate Trail. The day-use park, formerly open year-round, was visited by about 131,000 people a year. The nature trail led into a forest of second-growth Douglas fir. This is no longer a park. It is private owned land and the big trees have been logged off.

Luper, Oregon is a ghost town in Lane County, Oregon, United States. Originally a train station on the Oregon and California Railroad between Junction City and Eugene, Luper was located near Meadowview Road between Oregon Route 99W and Prairie Road, about 3.8 miles (6.1 km) south of Junction City. The community was named for James N. Luper, a pioneer born in 1852 in Illinois. The Luper Cemetery remains in the area. In 1970, the Oregon Genealogical Society counted 118 grave sites.James Luper's daughter, Oregon State Engineer Rhea Luper, recalled in 1927 that her father had purchased the Luper-area property around 1870, and thereafter constructed a warehouse and railroad spur. The area became a shipping point for wheat.
