The Edward Stone Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1888, during an early phase of development in the area, it originally housed workers at nearby manufacturers, and later housed office workers who went downtown by streetcar. The house was highlighted for its Stick style architectural decorations when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, including elements in the gable end and on the porch. Many of these details have been lost or covered over as a result of subsequent exterior siding work (see photo), although round-arch windows in the gable end survive.

The Daniel Hunt Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in the Main South neighborhood of Worcester, Massachusetts. It is well preserved representative of the housing boom that took place in the area in the 1880s and 1890s, with significant early Queen Anne styling. It was built in 1890, and its first owner was Daniel Hunt, a machinist who lived next door. The building follows a typical side hall plan, with a side wall jog and an asymmetrical facade. The left side is a row of porches with turned balusters and posts, and the right consists of a bay that projects the full depth of the porch. The roof is a shallow hip roof, with an extended eave that has curved support brackets.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Worcester Corset Company Factory is an historic factory building at 30 Wyman Street in Worcester, Massachusetts in the Main South neighborhood. The oldest part of the factory was built in 1895, with expansion of the facilities taking place up to 1909. The buildings were designed by Arthur F. Gray for the Worcester Corset Company, whose origins date to an 1861 business by David Hale Fanning making hoops for skirts, but shifted to manufacturing corsets after fashions changed. Fanning's business was immensely successful, and he became one of Worcester's larger employers. At one point it employed over 2000 women. After the Corset Company folded in 1940, the facility was used to manufacture military-style boots. The factory is now an apartment complex.The factory was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The Frank Reed Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was built c. 1888 for Frank Reed, an electrician and machinist who eventually opened his own business. The house is a particularly elegant example of a Queen Anne triple decker. Its porch has square cut chamfered posts, is decorated with lattice work, and has a projecting gabled top. The right side bay is round with a conical roof section, and is clad in shingles cut in a wavy pattern. The deep cornice is decorated with brackets near the corners.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Dale and Ethan Allen Streets Historic District of Worcester, Massachusetts encompasses a collection of apartment houses. Located along Dale, Ethan Allen, and Allendale Streets southwest of downtown Worcester, these buildings were built between 1910 and 1930, and are a stylistically diverse collection, including examples of Classical Revival, Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and Craftsman architecture. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

The Wesley Davis Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is a well-preserved example of a Stick-style building that was typical of the early phases of triple-decker construction in the city. This house was built c. 1890; its first documented owner was Wesley Davis, a doctor who did not live in the immediate area. Subsequent owners, like many of the building's occupants, were employed in and around local factories. The building follows a typical side hall plan, and is noted for its porch, which extends the full height of the building over one of the front bays, and has retained all of its original decorative woodwork.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Pilgrim Congregational Church is a historic Congregational church building at 909 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The brick Romanesque Revival building was constructed in 1887 to a design by local architect Stephen Earle. The buildings windows and other details are trimmed in sandstone, and a tower with projecting rounded corners rises from one corner. It features an open belfry with round-arch openings and is capped by a steeply pitched roof, with decorative finials at the corners.The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Elias Crawford House is an historic octagon house located in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is one of two such houses in the city. The house was built sometime in the 1850s for an unknown owner; its first owner of record was Elias Crawford, a textile manufacturer, in 1870. It is a two-story frame house, with a wraparound porch, supported by chamfered posts, covering a portion of the first floor. A service wing was added to its rear (south and west sides) in the 19th century, and there is a stable on the property that appears to date to the time of the house.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Woodland Street Historic District is a historic housing district in the Main South area of Worcester, Massachusetts. It consists of 19 Victorian houses that either face or abut on Woodland Street, between Charlotte and Oberlin Streets. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Located directly adjacent to the campus of Clark University, some of the buildings are used by Clark for housing and administration. When Woodland Street was first developed beginning in the late 1860s, it was on the fringes of development in the city. Seven houses were built on the west side of the street, on large lots, and only a few were built on the east side. In the 1890s development accelerated as growing demand for housing pushed the urbanized parts of the city closer to the area. By 1904, the large lots on the west side were subdivided and filled in with additional houses, and the east side was fully developed.The houses built in the second phase are either Queen Anne (those built early in the 1890s) or Colonial Revival (those built later). The Frank Heath House at 11 Loudon Street is a particularly notable Colonial Revival house, with a high hip roof, a full front porch, and Palladian windows.

University Park, also called Crystal Park, is a public park in the Main South neighborhood of Worcester, Massachusetts. The 13-acre (53,000 m2) park was acquired by the city from 1887 to 1889, costing nearly 62,000 dollars. It is located across Main Street from Clark University, thus the name. University Park Campus School, a local nearby public high school founded with help from Clark, is named after the park. On September 20, 2010, Clark University announced a "20-year voluntary Payment in Lieu of Taxes agreement" with the City of Worcester, with some of the funds going directly to improvements in University Park. On March 24, 2011, the $1.5 million park redevelopment project was formally announced, and residents were informed that there would be a several-month-long community engagement and participatory planning process.

Clark University is a private research university in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded in 1887 with a large endowment from its namesake Jonas Gilman Clark, a prominent businessman, Clark was one of the first modern research universities in the United States. Originally an all-graduate institution, Clark's first undergraduates entered in 1902 and women were first enrolled in 1942.The university now offers 46 majors, minors, and concentrations in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering and allows students to design specialized majors and engage in pre-professional programs. The Robert H. Goddard Library is the primary library of Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. The library was named after rocketeer Robert H. Goddard, who earned a M.A. and Ph.D. at Clark in the 1910s. The building was built in 1969 and remodeled in 2009. The brick and concrete building was designed by architect John M. Johansen in the Brutalist style.
