The Wellsville Borough Park is located in the town of Wellsville, Pennsylvania. The park is situated on and around the southwest corner of the intersection of Zeigler Road, York Road, and Main Street (Route 74); it is adjacent to the Wellsville post office. Rossville is an unincorporated community in Warrington Township in York County, Pennsylvania, United States. Rossville is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 74, Pennsylvania Route 177, and Old York Road northeast of Wellsville and southwest of Gifford Pinchot State Park.

Warrington Township is a township in York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 4,547 at the 2020 census. The township is named after Warrington, England, like many townships having English names in York County. Others dispute the origin, believing it may be named after Waringstown, County Down, now in Northern Ireland.

Detters Mill was a small 19th-century community in Dover Township, York County, Pennsylvania, United States, located 2.5 miles (4.0 km) south of Wellsville, and 17 miles (27 km) southwest of Harrisburg. In 1830, a local miller named George Sheffer constructed a stone grist mill on Harmony Grove Road near the confluence of Bermudian Creek and Conewago Creek. A few other families later constructed homes in the vicinity. The mill, located on the eastern bank of Conewago Creek, closed in the early 20th century and the community waned. The covered bridge of the township collapsed in 1965. As of 2008, the old mill was being used as an apartment complex.

Mount Royal is an unincorporated community in York County, Pennsylvania, United States. Mount Royal is located on Pennsylvania Route 74, approximately three miles north of Dover.

Gifford Pinchot State Park is a 2,338-acre (946 ha) Pennsylvania state park in northern York County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It was named in honor of noted conservationist and former Pennsylvania Governor Gifford Pinchot. The fourth chief of the United States Division of Forestry, Pinchot was susbsequently appointed as the first head of the United States Forest Service. Ground was broken for the new park by Pennsylvania Governor George M. Leader in May 1958, and a preliminary dedication ceremony was held on grounds of the new park in October 1958, during which Leader was presented with a commemorative plaque in memory of Pinchot by the Pennsylvania Forestry Association. The park officially opened to the public on Friday, May 26, 1961.

Bridge in Washington Township, also known as Kralltown Road Bridge, was a double-intersection Pratt truss bridge spanning Bermudian Creek near Kralltown, Washington Township, York County, Pennsylvania. The bridge was built in 1884 by the Wrought Iron Bridge Company and measured 153 feet (47 m) in overall length.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The historic wrought iron truss has since been replaced with a two-span prestressed concrete box girder bridge.

The Roundtop Mountain Resort is a resort located in York County, Pennsylvania. During the winter months the resort offers skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. During the spring, summer, and fall, Roundtop offers summer camp and paintball.Along with two other resorts, Whitetail Ski Resort and Liberty Mountain Resort, it was owned by Snow Time, Inc. Peak Resorts purchased the mountain in 2018 from Snow Time Inc., along with Snow Time's two other resorts, Whitetail Ski Resort and Liberty Mountain Resort. Vail bought and now operates them.

Pettit's Ford is an American historic home that is located in Dover Township, York County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Pennsylvania's fourth congressional district, effective January 3, 2023, encompasses the majority of Montgomery County and most of Berks County northeast of Reading in southeastern Pennsylvania. In the 2020 redistricting cycle, the Pennsylvania district pushed northwards, further into Berks County, effective with the 2022 elections. The area has been represented by Democrat Madeleine Dean since 2019.
