Kymlinge

Lilla Ursvik is a district in Sundbyberg Municipality with 1088 inhabitants (in 2019), and a suburb in the Stockholm metropolitan area. It is located between Stora Ursvik to the west, Kymlinge to the north and Järvastaden to the east, with a motorway separating it from Hallonbergen to the south. Gustaf de Laval had a workshop here 1894-1899. The area was bought in 1906 by the Graham Brothers company, which build a factory here. Freestanding homes for workers were built around the same time.

The Scandic Victoria Tower is a skyscraper hotel in the Kista district of Stockholm, Sweden. It is also known as the Victoria Tower, however the Scandic name is used to distinguish it from the Victoria Tower that forms the southwest end of the Palace of Westminster. The 117 metre hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Stockholm, as well as the tallest hotel in Scandinavia. It is named after Crown Princess Victoria, the heir apparent to the Swedish throne.

Brotorp is a district in Sundbyberg Municipality with 2172 inhabitants (in 2019), and a suburb in the Stockholm metropolitan area. It is the western part of the Järvastaden residential building project, and consists of low multi-residential buildings. The first inhabitant moved into Brotorp in 2007. The district Lilla Ursvik is located to the west.

Helenelund is a station on Stockholm's commuter rail network, located 11.1 km north of Stockholm Central Station in the Helenelund district of Sollentuna Municipality. The station consists of a single island platform, with the entrance located at the northern end, accessible via an underground pedestrian tunnel. As of 2015, the station had approximately 5,400 boardings per weekday. The station is located about 500 meters from the major office district of Kista in Stockholm Municipality, making it a key commuter hub.

RISE SICS (previously Swedish Institute of Computer Science) is a leading research institute for applied information and communication technology in Sweden, founded in 1985. It explores the digitalization of products, services and businesses. In January 2005, SICS had about 88 employees, of which 77 were researchers, 30 with PhD degrees. As of April 2016, SICS had about 200 employees, of which 160 were researchers, 83 with PhD degrees. The institute is headquartered in the Kista district of Stockholm, with the main office in the Electrum building.

Stora Ursvik is a district in Sundbyberg Municipality with 2306 inhabitants (in 2019), and a suburb in the Stockholm metropolitan area. An unbuilt corner of the district is located in Stockholm Municipality. This residential area is under construction, with an estimated completion in 2026. The first people moved in in 2007. Before that it was farmland owned by the Oxenstierna family, then from the beginning of the 20th century by the Swedish military until 2005. It is connected to Lilla Ursvik to the east and the uninhabited Kymlinge to the north. It is separated by motorways from Rinkeby to the west and Rissne to the south. Two tram stations, on the Tvärbanan Kista line, are planned in the west of the district. The building plan for the district has low buildings (1-3 floors) in the north and east, and higher buildings in the south and west.

Kista Science Tower is a 32-story, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden. With its roof-top antenna, its height is 156 m (512 ft), making it one of the tallest buildings in the country, just right in between Turning Torso and Scandic Victoria Tower. The black cube on top of the roof is, contrary to some rumors, not meant to be the start of more floors; it is the top of the elevator shaft and space for the electronics for the antenna. The tower was originally meant to have a few additional floors but they were canceled due to the financial crisis of the early 2000s, however the already built elevator shaft was not shortened and the distinctive concrete block at the top remains. The tower has 33 floors in total, three of which are below the main entrance level consisting mainly of parking spaces. Kista Science Tower was completed in 2003. It was the tallest skyscraper in Sweden at the time but was soon surpassed by Turning Torso, built in Malmö in 2005. It is still the tallest office building in Scandinavia. The building is home to the fastest elevators in Sweden. They reach speeds of 5 to 6 metres per second (16 to 20 ft/s). The building houses several technology and IT companies. It is located next to Kista Galleria, a large shopping complex, and the Kista metro station.

Hallonbergen is a station on the blue line of the Stockholm metro, located in Sundbyberg. The station was opened on 31 August 1975 as part the first stretch of the Blue Line between T-Centralen and Hjulsta. The trains were running to Hallonbergen and then continued to Rinkeby via a track which is currently used for the rail yard access. On 5 June 1977, the extension north to Akalla was opened. The station's interior is covered with art intending to mimic kids' paintings done by Elis Eriksson and Gösta Wallmark. Between 1975 until 1985 Hallonbergen was the branching point for the Akalla and Hjulsta lines, as evident from its three-track layout. On 18 August 1985 the extension from Västra skogen to Rinkeby was opened, and the stretch between Hallonbergen and Rinkeby was closed for passenger traffic.

Hallonbergen (meaning "Raspberry Hill") is a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. Hallonbergen, which has about 5,400 inhabitants, located in Sundbyberg Municipality in the north west of Stockholm, is a fairly typical 1960-1970s area of dense Million Programme housing in the style of multi-level concrete apartment buildings. Hallonbergen itself was built in the 1970s. Hallonbergen has a large population of immigrants; 67% of the population are born in foreign countries (as of 2010). Many of them come from Lebanon, Syria and Eritrea. But there are also many eastern European immigrants. The subway station, which is located on the blue line (Akalla branch) of the Stockholm Metro, was opened in 1975.

Kista Galleria is a shopping mall located in the Kista Science City in Stockholm, Sweden. It has 185 stores, including a multiplex, bowling alley, karting track and restaurants. Known for its generous opening hours (9 AM to 9 PM), it has been the most visited mall in Stockholm with approximately 18 million customers annually, and the third largest in terms of sales. The mall, which opened in 1977, has expanded and been redesigned several times; most recently in 2002 and again in 2009, increasing the retail area to 62,000 m2 (670,000 sq ft), with a total gross leasable area of 90,000 m2 (970,000 sq ft).The shopping mall has 2,500 parking spaces and is situated between two major motorways, E18 and E4. Public transport is close, with entrances in the west leading directly to the Kista metro station. A light rail line is planned to be built in 2016.From 2014, it has also been hosting the Kista bibliotek, the City of Stockholm Public Library - Kista Branch, which has been named as "Public library of the year 2015" by International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA).The mall is currently managed by Kista Galleria KB, which is co-owned by Finnish real estate company Citycon and Canadian CPP Investment Board.Compared to other malls in the City of Stockholm Kista Galleria is the biggest shopping mall in the City of Stockholm with 185 stores and restaurants while for instance Gallerian at Norrmalm has 83.
