Portland Point

Portland Cottage light structure formerly Portland Lighthouse sometimes Portland Point Lighthouse is situated on the summit of Portland Ridge, Clarendon, near the southernmost part of Jamaica.The tower is an open-framed, square, tapered steel structure with lantern and gallery, the highest in the Island, at a height of 145 feet (44 m) (129 iron steps). It has a white revolving light, giving two flashes in quick succession every 15 seconds.The lighthouse is maintained by the Port Authority of Jamaica, an agency of the Ministry of Transport and Works.

Jackson's Bay Cave is a very large cave on the Portland Ridge in Clarendon near the south coast of Jamaica. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. It was discovered in 1964. It is part of the Jackson bay cave system, consisting of 14 unconnected caves, and over 9200m of cumulated caves passages mapped since then. The longest of them, Jackson Bay Great Cave is over 3.360 kilometres (2.088 mi) long.

Lionel Town is a settlement in the Clarendon parish of Jamaica. It has a population of 5,416 as of 2009. Lionel Town has a Community Hospital. The town is named after the British colonial administrator General Sir Lionel Smith who was the island's governor at the time of emancipation in 1836.

Port Esquivel Airstrip is an airstrip serving the town of Old Harbour in the Saint Catherine Parish of Jamaica. The airstrip is 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) southwest of Old Harbour. South approach and departure are over the water. The Manley VOR/DME (Ident: MLY) is located 20.6 nautical miles (38.2 km) east of the airstrip.
