It was "modernized" in the 1860s, at which time a front verandah was added. Also on the property are two barns, a wagon shed, and corn crib. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Art Park provides visitors the opportunity to explore unique outdoor artwork amidst 104 acres of conserved land, along four miles of trails, with vista views of the breathtaking rural landscape of Cazenovia and Madison County in Central New York. Inspired by the relationship between art and nature, the Art Park is dedicated to providing a unique environment for emerging and established artists to produce and showcase works in natural and gallery settings. Stone Quarry Hill Art Park is a non-profit organization that relies on memberships and donations to support its programs. Its mission is to educate and engage people and landscape through exhibitions, workshops, tours, and community outreach programs in the arts. In addition to its art and nature programming, the Art Park catalyzes the production of site specific works of art through its Artist in Residence Program. Since its incorporation in 1991, over 100 artists from 19 states and 8 foreign countries have created artwork that responds to the landscape of Stone Quarry Hill Art Park.

The Meadows farmhouse was built about 1900 and is a 1+1⁄2-story, L-shaped frame residence with restrained Queen Anne–style detailing. The Meadows guesthouse was built about 1815 in a rural vernacular Federal style. Also on the property are two barns, shed, smokehouse, well, and machine shed. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

Rippleton Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Cazenovia in Madison County, New York. It was built in 1814 and remodelled in 1884. It consists of two gabled units and is built of a heavy timber mortise and tenon framework. It was moved to its present site on the grounds of the Lorenzo State Historic Site in 1997. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. The Friends of Lorenzo have restored the schoolhouse to an 1880s appearance. The museum is open for school tours by appointment.

Cazenovia is a village located in the Town of Cazenovia in Madison County, New York, United States. As of the 2010 census, the village had a population of 2,835. The village lies on the southeastern shore of Cazenovia Lake, which is approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) long and .5 mile across. Cazenovia is within a half hour of Syracuse, New York. The village is located on US Route 20 and New York State Route 13, and was home to Cazenovia College.

Albany Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Cazenovia in Madison County, New York. The district contains 68 contributing buildings. It encompasses the central commercial district of the village and neighboring residential areas including the village green and public library. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Cazenovia is an incorporated town in Madison County, New York. The population was 6,740 at the time of the 2020 census. The town is named after Theophile Cazenove, the Agent General of the Holland Land Company. The Town of Cazenovia has a village also named Cazenovia. The town is on the county's western border. The village of Cazenovia was home to Cazenovia College, a small liberal arts college in the greater Syracuse area. It was founded in 1824, known then as the Genesee Seminary.

Lehigh Valley Railroad Depot is a historic railroad depot building located at Cazenovia in Madison County, New York. It was built in 1894 as a depot for the Elmira, Cortland and Northern Railroad, later the Lehigh Valley Railroad. It is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular, gable-roofed, largely clapboarded structure. It is a distinctive example of the Stick-Eastlake–style architecture. It was abandoned by the railroad in 1965. This was a stop on the Lehigh Valley's Elmira and Cortland Branch which actually went to Canastota and Camden, on the section between Cortland and Canastota. Service was eliminated by the early 1940s. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
