York University Busway

Finch West is a subway station on the Line 1 Yonge–University of the Toronto subway. It is located under Keele Street, north of Finch Avenue West. When Line 6 Finch West opens in late 2024, it will serve as the eastern terminus of that line.

York University GO Station was a train station on GO Transit's Barrie line, in the North York district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The station served York University but was located in an industrial area 1.6 km (1 mi) away from the York campus; it was connected by a shuttle bus service privately operated by the university. The station was only served on weekdays, southbound during the morning peak period and northbound during the afternoon peak period; its replacement, the nearby Downsview Park station, provides a connection from midday, evening, weekend, and holiday GO trains to the university at all times via a two-stop trip on the Toronto Transit Commission's (TTC) Line 1 subway. The station was permanently closed on July 19, 2021. It was demolished in April 2022, with only a concrete ledge and some signage remaining.

James Cardinal McGuigan Catholic High School (JCMCHS, James Cardinal McGuigan, or shortly McGuigan) is a secondary school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is named after James Charles McGuigan, a Canadian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church and the Archbishop of Toronto from 1934 to 1971. The school was founded by the order of the Franciscan Fathers, who recognized the need for a Catholic School in the Keele-Finch Community. It serves the Downsview neighbourhood of North York.

The Russian Youth Theatre was the first stationary Russian theatre in North America until 2012. Founded in 1999 by operatic bass Nikolay Cherkasov and pianist Andrew Kartuzov, the theatre promotes stage arts within Canada's Russian community with a number of semi-professional productions for all ages. Staged productions include Samuil Marshak's The Cat's Mansion and Twelve Months, Cinderella and The Dragon by Evgeny Shvarts, Town Musicians of Bremen, The Woes of Wit by Aleksander Griboyedov, There Was a War Tomorrow by Boris Vasiliev, Funtik's Adventures, Nikolai Gogol's The Inspector General, The Nutcracker, Pinocchio, Mama, Karlsson-on-the-Roof, Love's Sublimation, Snow White, Cat Leopold New Year Adventures, Love For Three Oranges and many others. Over the years, the Russian Youth Theatre's creative team has included artistic directors Nikolay Cherkasov, Valentina Souetova, and Gennadiy Dolganov, music director Andrew Kartuzov, choreographer Ekaterina Kornienkova, and costume designers Ekaterina Maryevych and Inessa Gorina.

The Schulich School of Business is the business school of York University located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The institution provides undergraduate and graduate degree and diploma programs in business administration, finance, accounting, business analytics, public administration and international business as well as a number of PhD and executive programs. Originally known as the Faculty of Administrative Studies (FAS), it was renamed in 1995 after Seymour Schulich, a major benefactor who has donated $15 million to the school. The Dean of the School, Detlev Zwick, was appointed in 2021 after having served as Interim Dean for 15 months. Primarily located at the Seymour Schulich Building on the Keele Campus in Toronto, Ontario, the school also maintains an executive education centre in Toronto's Financial District in downtown Toronto and satellite campuses in Hyderabad, India and Beijing, China. The school also has satellite centres in Shanghai, Mumbai, Seoul, São Paulo, and Mexico City. Schulich offers undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate business degrees that lead to careers in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, and has more than 34,000 alumni working in approximately 90 countries. Schulich pioneered Canada's first International MBA (IMBA) and International BBA (iBBA) degrees, as well as North America's first cross-border executive MBA degree, the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA. Downsview Park is a rapid transit station on Line 1 Yonge–University of the Toronto subway and a commuter rail station on the Barrie commuter rail line of GO Transit. Subway service began on December 17, 2017, and GO Train service began on December 30, 2017. Downsview Park station is a fully integrated multi-modal transit facility serving both transit lines. This is in contrast to other interchanges between TTC subway and GO Transit rail lines, which have separate structures for each agency. TTC ridership statistics for 2018 showed that Downsview Park was the least used station on the heavy-rail subway system, displacing Bessarion on Line 4 Sheppard.

York University is a subway station on Line 1 Yonge–University of the Toronto subway. It is located on the main Keele Campus of York University, near Ian Macdonald and York Boulevards in the former city of North York. It opened in 2017, as part of the extension of the subway to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.

York University Heights, also known as Northwood Park, is a neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is one of Toronto's northernmost neighbourhoods, located along the northern boundary of Steeles Avenue in the former city of North York. The neighbourhood is so named because it contains the main campus of York University. This area is most popular with immigrants of Italian and Chinese descent who have established communities in the area. It is located between Sheppard Avenue and Steeles Avenue east of Black Creek (Derrydowns Park). The neighborhood contains many private residences, many of which are detached and semi-detached bungalows, townhouses as well as a recent new urbanism development, the Village at York, there is also a handful of condominiums, several lowrise apartments, and a few high rise apartments.

The Supply Depot is a large warehouse located at Downsview Park in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Built to withstand a non-nuclear attack, the former military structure is today used as a farmers' market, film studio, and venue for Toronto Roller Derby.

C.W. Jefferys Collegiate Institute is a semestered public secondary school in the Keele and Finch area of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Vanier College, founded in 1966, was the second college to come into existence on the Keele Campus. The college is proudly named after former Governor General of Canada Georges Vanier. The mandated academic areas which Vanier College supports are: Business and Society, Business Economics, Children’s Studies, Classical Studies & Classics, Culture and Expression, Economics, Financial and Business Economics, Hellenic Studies, Humanities, Individualized Studies, Jewish Studies, Liberal Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Social and Political Thought as well as all Undecided Majors in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies.Vanier College is self-governed in its day-to-day activities by a master, the master’s office staff and students. Academic support is provided by an academic advisor and a team of peer advisors. Vanier Residence is managed by a residence life manager and a residence life team of dons, night porters and programmers, all of whom are upper-year students. Elected by, accountable to, and composed of students, Vanier College Council encourages community engagement through their social/cultural events programming. Affiliate organizations such as Vanier Athletics, the Vandoo, and Existere, provide additional alternative opportunities in sport and recreation, newspaper writing and creative arts and literature composition. Vanier College, like the other colleges, has fellows who are usually full-time academic faculty, administrative staff or outside affiliates who become members by invitation of the master. Distinguished researchers, award-winning lecturers, and internationally acclaimed writers are part of the community of Vanier Fellows.

The original National Tennis Centre in Toronto was located in the north end of York University's Keele Campus next to the Metro Toronto Track and Field Centre.The first tournament at the facility was the 1976 Rothmans Canadian Open. Originally built with clay courts, it was changed to Har-Tru hardcourts in time for the 1979 tournament. The main structure was an open-air stadium that held roughly 10,000 fans, and a second show court held roughly 2,000. The site had six courts for play, and 4 practice courts (used for housing player facilities). By the end of the 2000s, the wooden bench seating in the main stadium and the small grounds (boxed in by Steeles Avenue on the north, parking lots to the west and south and historic Jacob Stong House and Barn to the east) were deemed too small for the growing tournament and was not suitable for tier one tennis tours. Pressure from the ATP and the WTA Tours collectively forced the building of a new site on the west end of York University. Its final event was the 2003 Rogers AT&T Cup women's tournament. The stadium was torn down and replaced by the Rexall Centre, located to the west of this site the following year. The centre court has been demolished with area fenced off, but the eight outer courts are still present (two other courts are covered over). York University uses the building at 190 Albany Road for office space.
