Crescent Warehouse Historic District

The Warner Apartment Building was an historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Dr. Fay L. Warner, a dentist, had the structure built in 1900 and lived here himself until 1908. A relative of his, Fred Warner, lived here in later years and managed the building. The three-story brick structure was one of the most distinguished apartment blocks in Davenport. The building featured a picturesque façade that was typical of Victorian era architecture. The round arch entrances were below ogee-arched moldings. At the top was a deep corbelled cornice frieze. The five sections of the main façade were articulated by full-height octagonal bays. The building was also banded by flat and projecting string courses. The structure was on a raised lot and had a low, stone retaining wall at the sidewalk. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and has subsequently been demolished.

The John R. Boyle House was a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and has subsequently been torn down.

The Lucian Newhall House was a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States near the downtown area. The Italianate residence was built in 1875 by Lucian Newhall. Charles Whitaker, a contractor, bought the property in 1887 for $1,000. After Whitaker sold the house it was solely a rental four-plex, and it has subsequently been torn down. The wood-frame structure sat on a stone foundation. It featured a bracketed porch, window bays on the sides and window surrounds. The entrances to the four units sat side by side in the center of the main façade. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Lincoln School is located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2002.

The Isaac Glaspell House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Isaac Glaspell was a local grocer in the 1870s and 1880s and had this Greek Revival house built during that time. It is a two-story structure that features a front gable, three bay façade, with a single bay side wing. The exterior is composed of brick with stone and wood trims. The house is a vernacular form of the Greek Revival style found in Davenport. The notable details on this house are the bracketed eaves and the flat arch window heads that are topped by keystone brick hoods. The house had at least one wrap-around porch that was believed to have been added around the turn of the 20th century. It may have replaced an earlier porch, but it is no longer extant. The house sits on a raised lot. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The Edward S. Barrows House, also known as the Capital Apartments, is a historic building located just north of downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1976. The nomination form and the National Register erroneously attribute the house to Edward S. Barrows, as all other sources give his first name as Egbert.

The McKinney House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. William McKinny built this house in 1872 in a neighborhood that was largely populated by Irish immigrants and their descendants. The house remained in the family until after 1900. This house exemplifies a vernacular form of the Greek Revival style that was popular in Davenport. The sunburst design on the porch's pediment is the only decorative element on what is a simple structure. There is also an oculus on the gable end. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The J.W. Stewart House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983. J.W. Stewart, a partner in the law firm of Stewart and White, had this house built in 1865. The house was constructed in the Italianate style, but it has been substantially altered in the intervening years. It is now missing its front porch, which ran the width of the main elevation. It was dated from the early 20th-century. It is also missing a pair of short columns on high pedestals and an arched corbel table that framed the arched window on the second floor above the entrance. The round-arch entry way and the windows have also been altered.
