US Post Office–Middleburgh is a historic post office building located at Middleburgh in Schoharie County, New York, United States. It was designed and built 1939–1940, and is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department under Louis A. Simon. The building is in the Colonial Revival style and is a one-story, five-bay, steel frame structure on a raised concrete foundation. The interior features a 1941 mural by Mary Earley titled "Dance of the Hop Pickers."It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church is a historic Evangelical Lutheran church at 326 Main Street in Middleburgh, Schoharie County, New York. It is a rectangular, gable roofed, brick structure built in 1856 in the Italianate style. It features an engaged center brick entrance / bell tower with open belfry.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Dr. Christopher S. Best House and Office is a historic home in Middleburgh, Schoharie County, New York. It is a two-story, flat-roofed, frame Italianate dwelling built in 1884. It was enlarged and modified with a series of renovations between 1890 and 1912. It now houses a medical history museum. Also on the property are a frame carriage barn and garage.From 1884 to 1991, a small-town American community was served by this Victorian residence and medical facility. The Dr. Best collection has Civil War, railroad and telephone artifacts. The expansive and unique collection includes bottles, automotive memorabilia, clothing and quilts, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and medical equipment. The house is open for tours during the summer. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Upper Middleburgh Cemetery is a historic cemetery located at Middleburgh in Schoharie County, New York. It was incorporated in 1865 and contains an estimated 4,000 interments. The most notable structure is the Foster mausoleum, designed by architect Henry Bacon (1866–1924) in the early 1900s and includes a sculpture by Evelyn Beatrice Longman (1874–1954). There is also a Neo-Gothic Revival chapel (ca. 1925), maintenance and storage building (ca. 1880), and Timothy Murphy memorial, dedicated in 1910 and including a bronze bas-relief sculpture by Evelyn Beatrice Longman.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Christian Hess House and Shoemaker's Shop, also known as the Christian Hess Homestead and Weaver House, is a historic home and commercial building located at Schoharie, Schoharie County, New York. The house was built about 1783, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, banked, timber frame dwelling in a traditional New World Dutch style. A wing was added in 1977. Also on the property is a small shoemaker's shop, built about 1805. It is an L-shaped building with a gable roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
