The First Baptist Church of Camillus is a historic Baptist church located at 23 Genesee Street in the Village of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York. It is credited to architect Archimedes Russell and built in 1879–1880. It is a brick church building consisting of a rectangular nave with a steeply pitched gable roof, corner bell tower and steeple, and a hip roofed church hall at the rear. The Camillus Baptist Church was organized in 1804.: 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Camillus Union Free School is a building built in 1912 and 1913 in the Village of Camillus, New York. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.The original two-story school building has a U-shaped plan. It was designed by architect Eugene Sacket of Syracuse and was constructed in 1912 and 1913. A gymnasium was added in 1928 and an elementary-school wing was added in made in 1965. The original building was largely intact as of 1991, except for the loss of a cupola that was removed after a 1951 fire. The National Register listing includes the original building and the 1928 addition. The school was deemed architecturally significant as an example of a "small village school" built in the early decades of the 20th century.It is located at First and LeRoy Streets, across a field from Nine Mile Creek. Downstream is the Nine Mile Creek Aqueduct, another Registered Historic Place.

Camillus Erie Canal Park is a town park in Camillus, New York that preserves a seven-mile (11 km) stretch of the Erie Canal. It includes the Nine Mile Creek Aqueduct, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The aqueduct underwent a $2 million restoration, completed in August 2009, which brought it back to navigable condition. The park consists of 164 acres (0.66 km2) along seven miles (11 km) of the old canal stretching from Warners Road to Newport Road. The park contains a replica of Sims' Store, a mid-19th-century canal store originally located about two miles east. The store is operated as a museum and gift shop. Other historic features include a salvaged set of lock gates from Old Erie Canal Lock 50 (Gere's Lock), a waste weir, a feeder canal, and the remnants of an earlier lock and aqueduct that were in use from 1825 to the mid-1840s. The remains of the original 1825 canal ("Clinton's Ditch") can also be viewed from a nature trail. The exact midpoint of the original Albany-Buffalo canal route is located in the park and denoted with a sign. A separate display at the park features a Corliss steam engine rescued from a downtown Syracuse factory. In 2007, the existing towpath between the Camillus park and the village of Jordan was improved to a stone dust trail as part of the New York State Canalway Trail project. There is much to be done in developing a continuous trail further.

Nine Mile Creek Aqueduct is a restored stone and wood aqueduct of the Erie Canal over Nine Mile Creek in Camillus, New York, United States. It was built in 1841 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.The towpath part of the structure has four arches of 30 feet (9.1 m) each. The structure was built of stone joined by a marine cement that was relatively new at the time, but which has endured well.The aqueduct is within the Camillus Erie Canal Park. Restoration work began in 2008 on the wooden bottom and sides of the aqueduct, enabling it to carry water again, and enabling reconnection of the two one-mile (1.6 km) segments of the Erie Canal on either side. In August 2009, boats traversed the restored aqueduct for the first time since 1917. It is located off Thompson Road in Camillus, about one mile east from Sim's Store. It is a few hundred yards' walking distance from a small parking area on Thompson Road.

The Wilcox Octagon House is a historic home in Camillus, New York, USA, that was built in 1856 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was the farmhouse home of Isaiah Wilcox, who had a 40-acre (160,000 m2) farm. It is an octagon house of the type advocated by Orson Fowler, who wrote an influential book promoting use of octagonal home designs.The Orchard Village neighborhood now occupies the majority of the old farm's land; the house remains on a plot of less than 1-acre (4,000 m2).It is located at 5420 West Genesee Street in Camillus.

Martisco is a hamlet in Marcellus, New York. It is the location of the Martisco Station, a historic railway station, and it is the location of the former Martisco bean company. The Martisco Station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. Martisco was previously named "Marcellus Junction" and also "Martisco Junction". The Martisco Station was built in 1870 for the New York Central Railroad. After a century, the building was abandoned and in poor shape, the building was set to be demolished in 1964 but was stopped by the Central New York Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society who purchased the building and repaired it. Today the building is a museum that is open to the public. The hamlet of Martisco is a very historic location.

Martisco station, also known as Martisco Station Railway Museum, is a railroad station in Martisco, Onondaga County, New York. It was built in 1870 by the Auburn and Syracuse Railroad, and is a two-story, Italianate style brick building. Decorative brackets support an unusually long overhang of the roof. The line and station were eventually acquired by the New York Central Railroad. The station is owned by the Central New York Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, and is open as a museum during limited hours in the summer. Adjacent to the station is a contributing Pennsylvania Railroad dining car.: 3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007 as Martisco Station.

Camillus Plaza (later Camillus Mall) and now known as Camillus Commons, was a shopping mall in Camillus, New York. Camillus Plaza opened in 1964 as a strip mall on the site of a former Kallet drive-in theater. Early anchors included A&P (later Great American) and P&C supermarkets, E.W. Edwards, Witherill's, and WT Grant department stores, Goldberg's Furniture and Anderson Little. After Edwards and WT Grant left, they were replaced by JCPenney and a Price Chopper supermarket respectively. In 1981 an enclosed "mall" section was opened, with a two-screen movie theatre (originally CinemaNational, then USA Cinemas, Loews, and finally Hoyts), and a new Kmart anchoring the far end. However, much of the original plaza retained its strip mall format. An aptly named "Mall Entrance" took the place of the strip mall's original Anderson-Little store, and Anderson-Little relocated to the enclosed mall. Silo added a store on the back side of the strip mall, facing the new enclosed section, but not connecting to it. Price Chopper closed in 1982, and made way for Hills.
