The Webster Hojack Trail is one of two Hojack trails in New York, the other being the Cayuga Hojack Trail. Both are built on remnants of the Hojack, a common name for the Rome, Watertown and Ogdensburg Railroad. The Friends of Webster Trails maintains this 3.5-mile-long (5.6 km) trail, fully within the Town of Webster. It begins at Phillips Road near Route 104 east of the village and runs along the right of way, now owned by Rochester Gas & Electric, to Lake Road.

Webster Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Webster in Monroe County, New York. It is a large Greek Revival style cobblestone church building built in 1856. The building features an octagonal open domed belfry supported by eight Ionic columns. It has a veneer of small, rounded and uniform lake-washed cobbles. It is one of only 14 cobblestone church buildings in New York state, and of 106 cobblestone structures in Monroe County. The building was fully renovated in 1965.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Jayne and Mason Bank Building is a historic bank building located at Webster in Monroe County, New York. It is a Beaux Arts style structure built in 1906 to house the Jayne and Mason Bank.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Joining it on the Register is the home of one of the bank's owners, the William C. Jayne House, located less than one half mile east.

The Village of Webster lies near the center of the Town of Webster. It was incorporated in 1905. The village is crossed by Routes 104, 250, and 404.

George G. Mason House is a historic home located at Webster in Monroe County, New York. The building was constructed in 1910 and is a large 2+1⁄2-story house that combines simple Queen Anne style massing and Colonial Revival style decorative features. The first floor is built of brick and above the house is sheathed in shingles. Prominent exterior features include the use of bay windows, a projected stair landing on the south elevation, and paired Corinthian porch columns supported on engaged piers in the balustrade.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

William C. Jayne House is a historic home located at Webster in Monroe County, New York. The principal building is a large 2+1⁄2-story house that combines simple Queen Anne style massing and Colonial Revival style decorative features. It was built in 1917–1918, and incorporates high quality construction materials including narrow Roman brick, cast stone, stucco and wood detailing, and ceramic roof tiles.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Joining it on the Register is the Jayne and Mason Bank Building, once home to a bank co-owned by William C. Jayne, and located less than one half mile west.

Penfield is a town in Monroe County, New York, United States. The population was 39,438 at the 2020 census.The town was incorporated in 1810 by the proprietor Daniel Penfield, a veteran of the Revolutionary War who purchased the town lands in 1795 and moved to the area in 1809. His house still stands at 1784 Penfield Road. Penfield is a suburb of Rochester. The town's motto is "A Town of Planned Progress".
