The Art Institute of Buffalo was an art school in Buffalo, New York. It opened its doors in 1931, and continued to produce graduates until the Institute closed in 1956. The faculty included a number of well-known artists. Many students of the Institute went on the successful careers as professional artists, most settling in western New York.

Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, formerly known as North Presbyterian Church, is a historic Greek Orthodox church located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It is a Gothic Revival-style church designed by Boston architect George F. Newton and constructed in 1906, as home to North Presbyterian Church. In 1952, the church became the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Wayne and The Waldorf Apartments are two historic apartment buildings located in downtown Buffalo, Erie County, New York. They were built about 1897, and are twin four-story, three bay, painted brick buildings with modest Colonial Revival style detailing. Each building houses four apartment suites, or “flats” per floor for a total of 16 apartment units. The buildings are situated along Waldorf Place, a small private lane running between the two. The buildings have been renovated. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

The Mrs. Seymour H. Knox House (also known as the Grace Millard Knox House), is a 48,000-square-foot mansion located in Buffalo, New York, which was built between 1915 and 1918. The house was designed by architect C. P. H. Gilbert for Grace Millard Knox, widow of Seymour H. Knox. The building is a contributing property to the Delaware Avenue Historic District designated in 1974.

The Clement House, also known as the Red Cross Building, is a 17,000 sq. ft. mansion located in Buffalo, New York that was built in 1913. The house was designed by architect Edward Brodhead Green of Green & Wicks for the president of Marine National Bank, Stephen Merrell Clement and his wife Carolyn. The building is a contributing property to the Delaware Avenue Historic District designated in 1974.

Delaware Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located at Buffalo, New York, United States, and Erie County. It is located along the west side of Delaware Avenue (New York State Route 384) between North Street to the South and Bryant Street to the North.

Edgar W. Howell House is a historic home located at Buffalo, Erie County, New York. It was built about 1889, and is a 2+1⁄2-story Late Victorian style frame dwelling with eclectic design elements. The three bay dwelling has a hipped roof and decorative entrance porch.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. It is located in the Elmwood Historic District–East.

Temple Beth Zion is a Reform synagogue located at 805 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, New York. Founded in 1850, Temple Beth Zion is the largest Jewish congregation in Western New York and one of the oldest and largest Reform congregations in the nation. The circular building features 10 scallop walls, each a symbol of the 10 commandments. The temple contains a Casavant Frères 48-rank, 4000-pipe organ.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018. The Benjamin and Dr. Edgar R. Cofeld Judaic Museum, open during regular hours, features a rotating collection of Judaica.

Buffalo Tennis and Squash Club is a historic clubhouse building in Buffalo in Erie County, New York. It was built in 1915–1916 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Classical Revival–style building with a hipped roof. It is constructed of hollow tile and is sheathed in stucco with brick quoins. The original building was enlarged with the addition of two doubles squash courts in 1929. A second tennis court was added in 1968.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. It is located in the Elmwood Historic District–West.

Saturn Club is a private social club, founded in 1885, in Buffalo in Erie County, New York that currently operates out of an NRHP building at 977 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo, New York.

The Williams-Pratt House, is a roughly 11,040 sq. ft. mansion located in Buffalo, New York, that was built between 1896 and 1899. The house was designed by architect Stanford White of the New York firm of McKim, Mead and White for Charles Howard Williams and his wife Emma. The building is a contributing property to the Delaware Avenue Historic District designated in 1974.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo is an historic church complex located at 695 Elmwood Avenue, in Buffalo, New York. The building was designed by architect Edward Austin Kent in 1906. Kent died in 1912 aboard the RMS Titanic and a memorial plaque is located in the church honoring him.The congregation is currently affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association. The church building was originally called the First Unitarian Church of Buffalo and was affiliated with the American Unitarian Association. In 1953, the congregation was joined by the Universalist Church of the Messiah, which was affiliated with the Universalist Church of America and began worshiping together as the Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo. Coincidentally, both congregations were organized in 1831 and the two denominations merged nationally in 1961.
