Network Charter School is a public charter school in Eugene, Oregon, United States. It is a small public charter school with between 90 and 130 students enrolled in grades 7-12. Classes are offered in a variety of locations through a network of community education organizations, including Le Petit Gourmet, Material Exchange Center for Community Art (MECCA), Nearby Nature, and Heartwise Studio. The unique offerings of the Network include class sizes of 10-15 students, practical and multicultural opportunities, and career-related learning. The school also offers a culinary arts program that provides breakfast and lunch for the student body every day. These meals are prepared by students enrolled in various culinary courses. Network Charter School also partners with the White Bird Clinic's CAHOOTS (Crisis Assistance Helping Out On The Streets) mobile health services on site. CAHOOTS offers free counseling and mental health services for Network Charter School students and their families.

The A. V. Peters House aka the Peters-Liston-Wintermeier House, located in Eugene, Oregon, United States, is a house listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house was built circa 1870 for merchant Andrew Vincent Peters and his wife Mary Elizabeth "Lizzy" (Shaw) Peters on the southeast corner of 10th and Pearl streets (661 Pearl Street was the original address), and moved to its current location in 1912. A 1+1⁄2-story 1890s carriage house was also moved onto the property at about the same time. Considered one of Oregon's finest examples of the Rural Gothic Style, the house was built using a design from a pattern book by Henry W. Cleaveland published in 1856. Another pattern book, Woodward's National Architect, published in 1869, was also used as a reference for some of the decorative elements of the house. The house features board and batten siding, scrollwork balcony detailing, and bracketed eaves supporting the steeply pitched roof.The house was nominated for National Register of Historic Places listing by its owner in March 1980, and it was listed on the Register in October of that year.

The Wayne Morse Family Farm, a City of Eugene park, was the home of Oregon's long-time United States Senator, Wayne Morse. The 27-acre (110,000 m2) home is located in Eugene, Oregon and was originally a working farm called Edgewood Farm. Owned by the Morse family, it includes the Morse home, a natural wooded area, and an open meadow. Formerly named Morse Ranch, the park is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Civic Stadium was an outdoor athletic stadium in the northwest United States, located in Eugene, Oregon. For most of its history it was owned by the Eugene School District. Opened in 1938, the stadium was destroyed by fire in 2015 on June 29.

Lane County Fair is a fair that is held in the middle of the summer every year, at Eugene, Oregon, and it features cuisine, entertainment, and music. A Lane County Agricultural Society was established in 1858, and on October 9, it hosted its inaugural show, which was still not regarded as fair. In 1860, a state agricultural association was established, and it was planned to host a state fair. From October 3 to October 4, 1860, a state fair was conducted close to Oregon City. On October 9 and 10, 1861, there was another fair. Finally, the inaugural "Lane County Fair" was held for three days on September 25, 1884. Lane County History Museum, located on the county fairgrounds in Lane County in Eugene, Oregon, United States, has ongoing exhibits on the Oregon Trail, the county courthouse, historic vehicles, selections of artifacts from across the county, and photographs. The museum also provides research materials by appointment in their closed stack library, school tours, a variety of public events, and runs an annual grant program for heritage outreach projects. The museum and the Lane County Clerk's Building near the museum entrance are both administered by the Lane County Historical Society.

Woodrow Wilson Junior High School, located in Eugene, Oregon, United States, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The school was constructed in 1924 on four acres at 650 West 12th Avenue near Jefferson Street for the Eugene Public School System. Architect Frederick Manson White of Portland designed the 57,120 square-foot building to accommodate 840 students. White also designed the other school built that year in Eugene, Roosevelt Junior High on Agate Street. After it opened in September 1925, Wilson became a central part of middle school education in western Eugene. In 1953, the Wilson school was converted to an elementary school and renamed Lincoln Elementary School. Aspects of the building were altered to accommodate smaller students, such as lowered blackboards and bathroom fixtures. The original twenty classrooms were reduced to fourteen, creating larger interior spaces that included administrative offices. The library was made smaller, and a storeroom and kitchen were added. After the school was closed and vacated by the school district in 1987, the building was repurposed as the Lincoln School Condominiums.

The house was designed and constructed by Louis H. E. Stratton for Sarah Patterson, a rental property owner. Patterson rented the house to Stratton until 1920, when records show he became the owner.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
