Helsingin pitäjän kirkonkylä (Swedish: Helsinge kyrkoby; lit. Helsinki Parish Village) is a city district in Vantaa, Finland. It is located in central Vantaa, in the Tikkurila major region. It is bordered to the north by the Ring III beltway, the west by the Tuusulanväylä highway, and south and east by the Helsinki neighbourhood of Siltamäki. The Helsinki–Vantaa Airport is located 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) northwest of the district. The district is regarded as an important cultural and historic site, as it remains one of the best preserved parishes in southern Finland and the original settlement within Greater Helsinki. The Church of St. Lawrence, the oldest building in Greater Helsinki, is located there. In 2009, the Finnish National Board of Antiquities declared the parish an official culturally significant site.In terms of land area, the district is the smallest in all of Vantaa, covering a total of 0.7 square kilometres (0.27 sq mi). Its population is also among the smallest, with 147 inhabitants in January 2014. Roughly a third of the population is Swedish-speaking, and all schools in the district are taught in Swedish.

The Church of St. Lawrence (Finnish: Vantaan Pyhän Laurin kirkko; Swedish: Helsinge kyrka S:t Lars) is a church in Vantaa, Finland. Dating back to ca. 1450, it is the oldest building in Vantaa and all of Greater Helsinki. It is also the main church of the Tikkurila Parish. Along with its surrounding neighborhood, the church is a part of the Helsingin pitäjän kirkonkylä district, which is one of the best preserved historical parishes in all of Finland.The Church of St. Lawrence was partially destroyed in a fire on 7 May 1893, after which it was reconstructed in a Gothic Revival style.

Suunto Oy is a Finnish company that manufactures and markets sports watches, dive computers, compasses and precision instruments. Headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, Suunto employs more than 300 people worldwide, and its products are sold in over 100 countries. Although globally active, the headquarters is placed next to the factory, in which most of the work stages are still handcrafted. Suunto was a subsidiary of Amer Sports, owned since 2019 by the Chinese group Anta Sports, with sister brands Wilson, Atomic, Sports Tracker, Salomon, Precor, Arc'teryx. In May of 2022, Chinese technology company Liesheng acquired Suunto from Amer Sports.The company's name comes from the Finnish word suunta, meaning "direction" or "path", or in navigation, "bearing" or "heading".

Jumbo- Flamingo Shopping Centre is the biggest shopping and entertainment centre in the Nordic countries. It is located in Vantaa next to the Airport. Flamingo was opened in 2008 and there is a hotel, variety of entertainment activities (e.g. a movie theater, sauna, bowling, laser games, virtual experiences) and 40 different stores under its roof. Flamingo and Jumbo was merged in 2021 and is today called Jumbo- Flamingo.

Siltamäki (Finnish), Brobacka (Swedish) is a northern neighborhood of Helsinki, Finland. Siltamäki is located next to Vantaa River, which forms the border with the City of Vantaa. The first signs of human activity in Siltamäki can be traced back to 2500-2000 BC. The existing buildings are derived from much later times; 1950 -, 1960 - and 1970's. In Siltamäki is a shopping center, in addition to shops, a swimming pool. Larger shops are located along the Ring III in Vantaa. In Siltamäki are outdoor opportunities close at hand, with recreation areas, sports fields and golf for example.

Jumbo- Flamingo shopping centre (Finnish: Kauppakeskus Jumbo- Flamingo), commonly referred to as simply Jumbo, is a shopping center in Vantaa, Finland. With its gross leasable area of 86,100 square metres (927,000 sq ft), it is the second largest shopping and entertainment center in the Nordics.Jumbo was completed in October 1999. It currently employs approximately 1,500 people. It has two hypermarket chains: Prisma (owned by S Group) and K-Citymarket (owned by Kesko).

Tapaninvainio (Finnish), Staffansslätten (Swedish) is a northern neighborhood of Helsinki, Finland.

Veromies (Swedish: Skattmans) (meaning "taxman") is a city district in Vantaa, Finland. It is located in southeastern Vantaa, in the Aviapolis major region. It is situated south of Helsinki Airport and west of the Tuusulanväylä highway. To the south, Veromies borders the Pakkala district, separated by the Ring III (Finnish: Kehä III) beltway. It also borders the Viinikkala district to the west. The population of Veromies is 528 (1.1.2014), putting it among the lesser populated districts in Vantaa. Its total area is 3.5 square kilometres (1.4 sq mi), giving it a population density of 150 inhabitants per square kilometre (390/sq mi).The Veromies district includes small-scale industry, office buildings, and three hotels. The western side of the road Lentoasemantie has recently been named Virkamies (Swedish: Tjänstemans), meaning "public official".

Tuomarinkartano (Finnish), Domargård (Swedish) is a northwestern neighborhood of Helsinki, Finland.

The Finnish Aviation Museum (Finnish: Suomen ilmailumuseo, Swedish: Finlands flygmuseum) is a museum specialising in aircraft, located near Helsinki Airport in Veromies, Vantaa, Finland.

Pakkala (Swedish: Backas) is a city district in Vantaa, Finland. It is the most populated district in the Aviapolis major region, and is named after the Backas estate situated there. Pakkala is notable for the suburb of Kartanonkoski and the business park of Vantaanportti, which includes both Jumbo Shopping Centre and the Flamingo entertainment center.

The Puustellinmetsä mass grave was a mass grave that was located in Puustellinmetsä, Suutarila, Helsinki, Finland. It was created during the Finnish civil war in 1918. The remains of the bodies in the grave were transferred to the Malmi Cemetery in 1971.
