Tri-State Mall

Hickman Row is a set of historic rowhouses and national historic district located at Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 24 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure. It was built about 1919 and consists of two blocks of row houses constructed by the Worth Steel Corporation to house their African American workforce. Each brick rowhouse has approximately 1,350 square feet with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The houses were sold to individuals by the Colorado Fuel and Iron Corporation in 1962–1963.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Naaman (also known as Naamans Corner) is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. It is 0.5 mile south of the Pennsylvania state line and 7.5 miles northeast of Wilmington. Naaman is located at the intersection of Delaware Route 92 and Ridge Road, northeast of Claymont.

Worthland is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Worthland is located northwest of U.S. Route 13 and northeast of Interstate 495 to the northeast of Claymont. It was originally developed by Worth Steel Corporation as a community for its workforce.

The Robinson House is a historic guest house located at the junction of Naamans Road (Delaware Route 92) and The Kings Highway (now U.S. Route 13, Philadelphia Pike) in Claymont, Delaware, in the United States. It was built in 1723, on the site of the original settlement on Naaman's Creek. The Block House, which stands a few yards northeast of the Robinson House, is the only remaining building from the original 1654 settlement. George Washington, General Anthony Wayne, the Marquis de Lafayette, and "Light Horse" Harry Lee were all guests at the Robinson House. From 1914 to 1964, the Robinson House was home to the Naamans Tea House.The Robinson House is currently the home of the Claymont Historical Society, the Darley Society, and the Naamans Heritage Association.

The Block House is a historic building located off Naamans Road in Claymont, Delaware. The Block House is believed to be the only structure remaining of original settlement on Naamans Creek.

The Darley House, located in Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware, at 3701 Philadelphia Pike, at the intersection of Philadelphia Pike and Darley Road, is the former home of world-renowned illustrator Felix Octavius Carr Darley (1821–1888).Upon his marriage in 1859, F. O. C. Darley moved to Claymont, Delaware where he worked for the next 19 years. Built in the late 18th century and enlarged several times during the first half of the 19th century, the house was purchased by Darley in 1863 and renamed "The Wren’s Nest."During his career, Darley made illustrations for works by Washington Irving, Edgar Allan Poe, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Charles Dickens, and James Fenimore Cooper. Two of his most notable works were Irving's "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" and "Rip Van Winkle." Charles Dickens visited here for two weeks during his triumphant tour of America in 1867. He died at his home-studio while finishing a Dickens portfolio in 1888.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.The Darley House is located across Darley Road from the Claymont Stone School, and is directly opposite Archmere Academy.

The Claymont Stone School, also known as Naaman's Creek School #1, is a historic schoolhouse built in 1805, on land donated by Founding Father John Dickinson, in Claymont, Delaware, on the Philadelphia Pike just south of the Darley House. The school was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. Its official Delaware State Historic Marker indicates that the school "may have been the first racially integrated public school in the State."The original building was renovated in 1905 and expanded to become a two-room schoolhouse, serving the neighborhood of Claymont and the rural Naaman's Creek area as a school until the 1924–25 school year, when the Green Street School was built.In 1928 the Stone School was converted to serve as a community center and public library, but in 1988 it was deemed structurally unsound. Thereafter, it stood empty, and the school district considered tearing it down until a group called Friends of the Claymont Stone School intervened to save the building, raising funds for its renovation and conversion into a museum and heritage center, which was completed in 2002.

Archmere Academy is a private Roman Catholic college preparatory school located in Claymont, Delaware, United States. 514 students were enrolled for the 2020–21 academic year. The academy is co-educational and is run independently within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

Carpenter is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Carpenter is located where Delaware Route 92 crosses the former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad (now CSX Transportation's Philadelphia Subdivision), 6.5 miles northeast of Wilmington.

Claymont station is a station along the SEPTA Wilmington/Newark Line and Amtrak's Northeast Corridor in Claymont, Delaware; Amtrak services do not stop here and the station is only served by SEPTA. This station is the first stop in Delaware, continuing towards Wilmington and Newark. It is located at Myrtle & Marion Avenues and includes a 509 space parking lot. The line offers southbound service to Wilmington and Newark, Delaware and northbound service to Philadelphia. The south end of the station contains a long pedestrian bridge that crosses over Interstate 495 to Governor Printz Boulevard.
