The Crystal Palace Barracks in London, Ontario, was the site of the Provincial Exhibition in 1861. The site was chosen at the north end of the military garrison grounds at Wellington Street and Central Avenue. In 1861, the military built an octagonal Crystal Palace, an eight sided white brick building containing eight doors, one on each side. Forty-eight windows sided the second floor of the building. In 1887, the Western Fair moved to its present location at Queen's Park. George Durand, in a competition, won the design for the new Main Exhibition Building, also known as the Crystal Palace. It borrowed many design features of Joseph Paxton's Crystal Palace in London, England. It featured thirteen high circular arches and massive windows. At the same time, the Fair Board authorized the construction of one half mile of race track. The Crystal Palace was painted in two shades of terra cotta and trimmed in green, brown, and red. The Fair Board felt the building symbolized industry and progress. The Western Fair Crystal Palace burned to the ground in January 1927. It was replaced with a red brick Confederation Building.

King's University College (commonly shortened to King's College or simply King's) is an affiliated university college of the University of Western Ontario located in London, Ontario, Canada. It is a Roman Catholic, co-educational, liberal arts college. Originally named Christ the King College, the school was founded to provide the all-male seminary with education in the liberal arts. The school was founded in 1954 and first began holding classes in 1955. King's is the largest affiliated college of the University of Western Ontario and enrolls 3,500 students.It is affiliated with St. Peter's Seminary and the University of Western Ontario. The university college offers programs in arts, social science, childhood and social institutions, management and organizational studies, social justice and peace studies, social work, and theology through its affiliation with St. Peter's Seminary.

St. Peter's Seminary is a Roman Catholic seminary located in the Diocese of London, Ontario, Canada. The seminary is a fully accredited member of the Association of Theological Schools of the United States and Canada. St. Peter's Seminary is the major seminary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of London in Ontario. It is affiliated with King's University College, a Catholic affiliate of The University of Western Ontario. The current rector of St. Peter's Seminary is Father Denis Grecco. St. Peter's Seminary is Canada's oldest English-speaking Roman Catholic diocesan seminary. Since it was founded by the Diocese of London in 1912, the seminary has produced more than 1,000 priests (including 23 who became bishops) and has educated permanent deacons and lay graduates.

Medway-Sydenham Hall (also referred to as Med-Syd or MSH) is a co-ed residence at the University of Western Ontario. It is the third largest residence on campus, home to 613 students. It is also the oldest residence still operating on campus.

Victoria Park is an 7.3 hectare (18-acre) park located in downtown London, Ontario, in Canada. It is one of the major centres of community events in London.

The Home County Music & Art Festival (formerly Home County Folk Festival) is a festival held the third weekend of July in London, Ontario. The founders chose the name "H.O.M.E County" because it was an acronym of the nearby counties of Huron, Oxford, Middlesex, and Elgin. The festival is an admission by donation and is held in Victoria Park, London, Ontario. It is hosted by the Home County Folk League, a non-profit organization formed in 1973, and they have held a festival every year since 1974. In 2023, it was announced that the 2024 festival was canceled.

St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, is a church located at 196 Dufferin Avenue in London, Ontario, Canada for the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of London.

The Grand Theatre is a professional theatre located at 471 Richmond Street just south of Dufferin Avenue in London, Ontario, Canada. Its main Spriet Stage has a seating capacity of 839 with a regular season running from September to May. In addition, it has a secondary venue called The Auburn Theatre (previously the McManus Theatre), located on the lower floor with a seating capacity of 150.

St. Paul's Cathedral in London, Ontario, Canada, is the seat of the Diocese of Huron of the Anglican Church of Canada. It was designed in the Gothic revival style by William Thomas and built between 1844 and 1846, replacing the previous church, which was built in 1834 and burned down in 1844. It is the oldest church in the city. Sculptors John Cochrane and Brothers undertook the work on the cathedral's interior.In 1966, the cathedral commissioned its history to be written by the Rev. Orlo Miller.

CIAL-FM (90.9 MHz) is a low-power Canadian radio station in London, Ontario. Owned by Malayalam Community Radio Inc. The station airs a multilingual format aimed at the South Asian community. CIAL's studios are located at 379 Dundas Street in Downtown London, while its transmitter is located at the top of the Somerset Place off Richmond Street in North London. CIAL operates at low-power to avoid interference with WRCJ-FM (Detroit, Michigan) and CBL-FM-2 (a rebroadcaster of CBL-FM Toronto located Paris, Ontario).

Eldon House is a historic house and museum located in London, Ontario. The Eldon House property was converted into a public park, now called Harris Park. Eldon House is the oldest continued residence in the city of London. It was inhabited by the family of John and Amelia Harris from 1834 until they gave it to the City of London in 1959. The original owner, Captain John Harris, named Eldon House after the Earl of Eldon, whom he admired. As a museum, Eldon House offers tours and programming including yearly events such as Canada Day, Victorian Christmas, and in city-wide celebrations of heritage and culture. The Museum is affiliated with CMA, CHIN, and Virtual Museum of Canada.

The Dominion Public Building is an Art Deco office building located on Richmond Street in the heart of London, Ontario, Canada. Construction on the building started in 1935 and concluded with the building's inauguration in September 1936. The Dominion Public building was a result of the Public Works Construction Act of 1934 which laid out a plan to reinvigorate Canada's economy through public works projects. The building was designed by Chief Public Works Architect Thomas W. Fuller with the help of three London architects: John MacLeod Watt, Victor Joseph Blackwell and Roy O. Moore. The building displays a physical essay of "the New Classicalism or Modern Classicalism"; this architectural approach is a take on the Art Deco style of architecture and is what highlights this building as a piece of Canadian Heritage.The Dominion Public Building was mainly known for its use by the Postal Service; but the building also hosted other government departments such as Customs, Department of Labour, Pensions, Health, and others. Currently the building is still under government ownership, and is now a Classified Federal Heritage Building.
