Tinker Cobblestone Farmstead

Hopkins Farm is a national historic district and farm complex located at Pittsford in Monroe County, New York, United States. It consists of 15 contributing buildings, eight contributing structures, and one contributing site on a 370-acre (150 ha) farm. The largest group of structures are clustered around the farmhouse, built about 1815 in a vernacular Federal style, and includes two barns, several outbuildings, and two tenant houses.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

The Webster Learning Center is a public high school located in the town of Henrietta, New York. It is part of the Rush–Henrietta Central School District, housing special needs, and special education students. It is sometimes referred to as "R-H Alternative High School." It houses students grades 9 to 12, from Charles H. Roth junior high school, Henry V. Burger junior high, and James E. Sperry Senior High School. The building is known as the Carlton Webster Building. The Rush–Henrietta Central School District created the Ninth Grade Academy in 2000 in order to alleviate problems regarding over-crowding at Rush–Henrietta Senior High School, which had hosted grades 9 through 12. The Senior High now hosts grades 10-12, and as of 2017, the Webster Building serves as an alternative high school, with the junior high schools serving grades 7-9.

Locust Hill Country Club is a championship golf club located in the Towns of Henrietta and Pittsford, New York, suburbs six miles (10 km) southeast of downtown Rochester.

The 2010 LPGA Championship was the 56th LPGA Championship, held June 24–27 at Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York, a suburb southeast of Rochester. Known for sponsorship reasons as the LPGA Championship presented by Wegmans, it was the second of four major championships on the LPGA Tour during the 2010 season. The champion was Cristie Kerr, age 32, with a 269 (−19) to win by twelve strokes over Song-Hee Kim. It was Kerr's second major championship and fourteenth career win on the LPGA Tour, and vaulted her from fifth to first in the world rankings.This was the first of four consecutive years the LPGA Championship was played at Locust Hill; the previous five editions were played at Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The LPGA had an annual tour event at Locust Hill since 1979; first known as The Sarah Coventry, it became the Wegmans LPGA in 1998 and was played through 2009.

The 2013 LPGA Championship was the 59th LPGA Championship, held June 6–9 at Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York, a suburb southeast of Rochester. Known for sponsorship reasons as the Wegmans LPGA Championship, it was the second of five major championships on the LPGA Tour during the 2013 season. This was the fourth consecutive year the LPGA Championship was played at Locust Hill. Inbee Park, number one in the world rankings, won her third major title in a sudden-death playoff, defeating runner-up Catriona Matthew on the third extra hole, their 39th of the day. The third and fourth rounds were played on Sunday after play was washed out by heavy rain on Thursday. The win was the second consecutive major for Park; she won the Kraft Nabisco Championship in April and became only the third to win both in the same year, joining Pat Bradley (1986) and Annika Sörenstam (2005).It was the eighth playoff at the LPGA Championship and the first since 2008.

The 2011 LPGA Championship was the 57th LPGA Championship, held June 23–26 at Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York, a suburb southeast of Rochester. Known for sponsorship reasons as the Wegmans LPGA Championship, it was the second of four major championships on the LPGA Tour during the 2011 season. This was the second of four consecutive years the LPGA Championship was played at Locust Hill. The champion was Yani Tseng, age 22, with a 269 (−19) to win by ten strokes over Morgan Pressel. It was Tseng's second LPGA Championship victory (2008) and fourth major championship. It was her third victory of 2011 and eighth career win on the LPGA Tour. It was the second consecutive year with a double-digit victory margin. Defending champion Cristie Kerr tied for third, eleven strokes back; she won by twelve strokes in 2010.

The 2012 LPGA Championship was the 58th LPGA Championship, held June 7–10 at Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York, a suburb southeast of Rochester. Known for sponsorship reasons as the Wegmans LPGA Championship, it was the second of four major championships on the LPGA Tour during the 2012 season. This was the third of four consecutive years the LPGA Championship was played at Locust Hill. The champion was Shanshan Feng, who won with a 282 (−6), two strokes ahead of four runners-up: Eun-Hee Ji, Stacy Lewis, Mika Miyazato, and Suzann Pettersen. Following the third round, Feng was tied for seventh and three strokes back. In the final round, she shot a bogey-free 67 (−5), the lowest round of the tournament, to secure her first LPGA Tour victory and move from tenth to fifth in the Women's World Golf Rankings. Her best finish in 16 previous majors was a tie for 22nd.

The Turner House in Pittsford, Monroe County, New York is a Greek Revival house, which was built around 1840 in Henrietta, New York. Richard and Nancy Turner bought the house in 1956 and paid for moving the house from Henrietta to a nearby location in Pittsford. The house is located on an estate of 6 acres (2.428 hectares) with a garden, designed and developed in the 1960s by the famous landscape architect Fletcher Steele. The garden was Steele's last major landscaping project.

The Antoinette Louisa Brown Blackwell Childhood Home is a historic home located at Henrietta in Monroe County, New York. It is a vernacular Federal style masonry residence constructed of random fieldstone with brick infill. It was built in 1830 as a 2+1⁄2-story side-gable-and-wing design and later modified and expanded. It is notable as the childhood residence of women's rights advocate Antoinette Brown Blackwell (1825–1921), who was the first woman to be ordained as a minister in the United States.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Rush–Henrietta Senior High School - James E. Sperry Building, located in Henrietta, New York, also referred to as Rush–Henrietta Senior High School, R-H and Sperry High School, is the only high school in the Rush-Henrietta Central School District. As of the 2021–22 school year, the principal is Dr. Timothy Shafer. Beginning with the class of 2004, students in the ninth grade in the Rush-Henrietta district began attending the Ninth Grade Academy (the Carlton Webster building). This move was made in response to an overcrowding of students at the Senior High building. The building is a short distance (0.5 mi [0.80 km]) from the high school. However, as of the 2017–18 school year, the Webster Building is now in use as an alternative high school, and ninth-graders attend one of the two junior high schools. Rush-Henrietta has a strong athletic program with dozens of varsity teams. The school is known to be arch rivals with the Red Raiders of the nearby Fairport Central School District, located in Fairport, New York.

The Dome Center is a fair and convention complex located in Henrietta, New York, just outside the city of Rochester. It was originally part of a 60 acre site that hosted the annual Monroe County (NY) Fair between 1947 and 2013.
