Andronikov Monastery of the Saviour (Russian: Андро́ников монасты́рь, Спа́со-Андро́ников монасты́рь, or Андро́ников Нерукотво́рного Спа́са монасты́рь) is a former monastery on the left bank of the Yauza River in Moscow, consecrated to the Holy Image of Saviour Not Made by Hands and containing the oldest extant (i.e. outside the Kremlin) building in Moscow. It is home to Andrei Rublev Museum of Old Russian Art, named after the most famous monk of this abbey.

Intercession (Pokrovsky) Monastery (Покровский монастырь) is a Russian Orthodox convent situated in Moscow, in the neighbourhood of Taganka. It was named after the Intercession of the Theotokos. The monastery has been known since 1635 and long remained a poor monastic abode outside the city proper, neighbouring a large cemetery for commoners. It was a filial monastery of the Zaikonospassky Monastery between 1680 and 1731.Much of the monastery is Neoclassical in design and dates from the early 19th century. The five-domed katholikon was erected in the mid-1850s to Mikhail Bykovsky's Byzantine Revival designs. It is dedicated to the Renewal of the Temple of the Resurrection in Jerusalem. The Soviets disbanded the brethren and had some of the walls torn down. The monastery was revived in 1994 as a stauropegic nunnery. It derives much of its popularity and income from the relics of St. Matrona of Moscow, a very popular saint.

The Institute for System Programming (ISP) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS; Russian: Институт системного программирования) was founded on January 25, 1994, on the base of the departments of System Programming and Numerical Software of the Institute for Cybernetics Problems of the RAS. ISP RAS belongs to the Division of Mathematical Sciences of the RAS.

Rimskaya (Russian: Римская) is a Moscow Metro station in the Tagansky District, Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line, between Chkalovskaya and Krestyanskaya Zastava stations. Rimskaya opened on 28 December 1995 as part of the original stage of the Lyublinsky radius the station was named after the Italian capital Rome, and the architects L.Popov and N.Rostegnyaeva applied the theme accordingly. The station is a unique and an unusual project where a column-trivault design is applied but with no underplatform spacing and all of the infrastructure sitting on a massive monolithic plate. Located on a depth of 54 metres. The wide square columns are faced with grey marble as are the walls. The ceiling is hinged and is made of aluminium. Black, red, grey and white granite slants are used for the floor. The real decorations come from the Italian sculpturers (G.Imbrighi, A.Quattrocchi and L.Berlin) including a fountain (which currently is non-functioning due to the problems caused by the dampening of air) with typical Roman columns and a child sculpture in the far end of the central hall and four medallions including a she-wolf, Romulus, Remus and a triumphal archway in Rome.

Ploshchad Ilyicha (Russian: Площадь Ильича) is a station on the Moscow Metro's Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya Line. It was opened on 30 December 1979 as part of the line's first stage.

Serp i Molot (Russian: Серп и Молот, "hammer and sickle") is a Moscow Railway station of the Gorkovskaya line and prospective station on Line D2 and D4 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow, Russia. It was opened in 1936 and will be rebuilt by late 2024.

Krestyanskaya Zastava Square is a city square in Moscow, Russia. It is located in Tagansky near the Krestyanskaya Zastava metro station.

Krestyanskaya Zastava (Russian: Крестьянская застава) is a Moscow Metro station in the Yuzhnoportovy District, Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line, between Rimskaya and Dubrovka stations. Krestyanskaya Zastava was opened on 28 December 1995 as part of the first stage of the Lyublinsky Radius. Like its neighbour Rimskaya the station lacks an underplatform service areas and rests on a monolithic plate. At a depth of 47 metres the station is tri-vault wall-columned (i.e. the intercolumned space has been filled up to give extra strength). The architects Nikolay Shumakov and Nataliya Shurygina applied a Peasant Labour theme to the decoration which included a bright marble and aluminium layout of the station and decorative mosaics at the ends of the columns (artists N.Andronov and Yu.Shishkov). The floor is covered in checkered pattern of black and grey granite and the lighting is hidden in the niches of the vault. The station has one vestibule which is inter-linked with subways under the square for which the station is named. In 1997 a transfer was opened between the vestibule and the Proletarskaya station of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line.

Proletarskaya (Russian: Пролетарская) is a Moscow Metro station in Yuzhnoportovy District, South-Eastern Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line, between Taganskaya and Volgogradsky Prospekt stations. Proletarskaya opened on 31 December 1966 as part of the Zhadovskiy radius. The station is a typical of the 1960s column tri-span functional design and like many stations built at the time lacks the design and decorative innovations that some of the more famous Moscow Metro stations exhibit. The architects Yuliya Kolesnikova and Yury Vdovin applied a bright theme. The pillars (slightly widening at the top) are revetted with white marble, whilst the floor is covered with grey granite of various tones and with labradorite. The walls are faced with glazed ceramic tiles of white and black (below platform level), which have decorations in the form of hammer and sickles made from anodized aluminium. The station has underground vestibules interlinked with subways under the Krestyanskaya Zastava Square with entrances covered by glazed concrete pavilions. In 1997 a footbridge was built over the northbound line, which serves as a third exit to the common vestibule with the station Krestyanskaya Zastava of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line and also acts as a transfer point. Currently the station has a passenger traffic of 61860 via surface and 120300 via the transfer.

The Sakharov Center (Russian: Са́харовский центр) is a museum and cultural center in Moscow devoted to protection of human rights in Russia and preserving the legacy of the prominent physicist and Nobel Prize winning human rights activist Andrei Sakharov. It was founded by the "Public Commission to Protect the Legacy of Andrei Sakharov", an international non-governmental organization established in 1990 through the efforts of Sakharov's widow Yelena Bonner and other Sakharov's friends and colleagues.
