Barnard Cobblestone House

Stylistically, the house is a combination of Federal and Greek Revival design entrance. In 1902-1903 the semicircular three-bay portico was added to the front entrance. It was remodeled in the 1860s / 1870s and in 1907 and features Italianate details. A third-floor attic contains a Masonic Lodge meeting room with paneling dated to 1907. It is set into the eaves of the front two-thirds of the building and lit only by the front oculus window. Also on the property are a contributing barn, shed, and chicken coop.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

It features a 2-story verandah composed of two tiers of sturdy columns. The Genesee College Hall was completed in 1851 and is a complete neoclassical temple form. It measures two and a half stories high and five bays wide, with an Ionic hexastyle portico extending the length of the south facade.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
