Grandeur Terrace

Tin Heng (simplified Chinese: 天恒; traditional Chinese: 天恆; pinyin: Tiānhēng) is an MTR Light Rail station. It is at ground level of Tin Shui Road near Tin Heng Estate, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District, Hong Kong. It began service on 7 December 2003 and it belongs to Zone 5A.

Wetland Park (Chinese: 濕地公園) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level beside Wetland Park Road, between Hong Kong Wetland Park and Grandeur Terrace, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A.

Tin Yat Estate (Chinese: 天逸邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yat stop. It consists of nine residential buildings completed in 2001.

Tin Yat (Chinese: 天逸) is one of the MTR Light Rail stops. It is located at ground level at the centre of Tin Shui Road and Tin Sau Road in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District, Hong Kong. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A.The stop has five platforms; platform 3 is not in use. Platform 1 is the terminus of routes 751 and 751P, while platform 2 is the terminus of route 761P (towards Yuen Long). Platforms 4 and 5 are the southward and northward through platforms respectively, used by routes 705 (southbound), 706 (northbound) and 761P (towards Yuen Long). There is also a Light Rail customer service centre.

Tin Sau Bazaar (Chinese: 天秀墟), (Traditional Chinese: 天秀墟)initially called Tin Shui Wai Bazaar, is opposite Tin Fu Court on Tin Sau Road in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong. Occupying approximately 3,800 square metres, the bazaar is operated and managed by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs), a non-profit non-governmental organisation (NGO). Construction began in January 2013 and the bazaar officially began operations on 8 February 2013.

Hong Kong Wetland Park is a conservation, education and tourism facility, located at the northern part of Tin Shui Wai, in Yuen Long. It was to be an ecological mitigation area (EMA) for the wetlands lost due to Tin Shui Wai New Town development, in the New Territories. The Hong Kong Wetland Park comprises a 10,000-square-metre (110,000 sq ft) visitor centre, Wetland Interactive World, and a 60-hectare (150-acre) Wetland Reserve. The Wetland Interactive World has themed exhibition galleries, a theatre, a souvenir shop, an indoor play area (swamp adventure) and a resource centre.

Tin Sau (Chinese: 天秀) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level at the junction of Tin Sau Road and Tin Kwai Road, near Vianni Cove, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A.

Tin Chak Estate (Chinese: 天澤邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yat stop. It consists of nine residential buildings completed in 2001.

Tin Fu Court (Chinese: 天富苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Tin Yan Estate, Tin Yat Estate, Tin Yuet Estate, Light Rail Tin Fu stop and Tin Sau Road Park. It comprises 16 residential blocks completed in 2001 and 2007 respectively.

Tin Fu (Chinese: 天富) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at the ground of Tin Shui Road, next to Tin Fu Court, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. The distance between it and Chung Fu stop is the shortest in the current Light Rail system. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A.

Tin Ching Estate (Chinese: 天晴邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Tin Yuet stop. It is divided into two phases and consists of seven residential buildings completed in 2008 and 2010 respectively.

Tin Yuet (Chinese: 天悅) is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level at the centre of Tin Shing Road, between Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Ching Estate, in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long District. It began service on 7 December 2003 and belongs to Zone 5A. It serves Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Ching Estate.
