St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church is located on the South Parade in the south-east section of Bath City Centre – the old Ham District where John Wood the Elder, the Georgian architect, had originally planned his gigantic "Forum".

The Parade Gardens is a grade II listed park in Bath, Somerset, England. The gardens are situated to the south of the Empire Hotel, Bath and 250 yards to the east of Bath Abbey.There is a small fee to enter Parade Gardens or residents with a Discovery Card have free access. The Recreation Ground (commonly the Rec) is a large open space in the centre of Bath, England, next to the River Avon, which is available to be used by permission from the Recreation Ground Trust for recreational purposes by the public at large but particularly the people of Bath and surrounding areas.About a quarter of the Rec is leased to Bath Rugby during the rugby union season as a sports ground capable of holding 14,500 people. During the summer the rugby ground's temporary East Stand is removed to make way for cricket on a larger pitch. This cricket pitch is used for local contests and was used by Somerset County Cricket Club until 2011. Parts of the eastern area of the Rec are used by Bath Hockey Club, Bath Croquet Club, Bath Drama Club, Bath Quidditch Club and for some tennis courts. Pitches are available for amateur sports such as Football, Volleyball and Lacrosse. There is a cricket pavilion at the William Street entrance to the ground. The council-run Sports and Leisure Centre is located on the southern edge of the Rec, accessed via North Parade. In former years the Rec was subject to periodic flooding from the River Avon, but a flood alleviation scheme in the 1960s improved the flow of the river. However, the Rec remains part of the floodplain at risk of occasional flooding. The ground can still get very boggy after heavy rains.

Bath Cricket Club Ground is a cricket ground in Bath, Somerset. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1944, when Bath played London Counties. In 1960 and 1963, the ground held Somerset Second XI matches in the Minor Counties Championship.In 2007, the ground held two Women's Twenty20 Internationals matches, both between England women and New Zealand women. The ground held its first, and to date, only Women's One Day International in 2008 between England women and India women.In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home venue of Bath Cricket Club who play in the West of England Premier League.

Pierrepont Place is a mews street in Bath, England. Records indicate that Pierrepont Place and properties on it were built by John Wood the Elder between 1732 and 1748, on land once belonging to monks of Bath Abbey, who had used it as an orchard. Most houses on the street are Grade II listed Georgian townhouses and include 4 Pierrepont Place (Grade II listed and built between 1740 and 1750), 5 Pierrepont Place - Grade II listed and built around 1748) and Masonic Hall (previously the Old Orchard Street Theatre). 5 Pierrepont Place was previously owned by the Bath Freemasons for 200 years, after purchasing the house along with the theatre building in 1809 for £25.

The Old Orchard Street Theatre in Bath, Somerset, England was built as a provincial theatre before becoming a Roman Catholic Church and since 1865 has been a Masonic Hall. It is a Grade II listed building.

Johnstone Street in the Bathwick area of Bath, Somerset, England was designed in 1788 by Thomas Baldwin, with some of the buildings being completed around 1805-1810 by John Pinch the elder. Number 1 was built in 1794 with numbers 2 to 8 being completed around 1805, with numbers 9 to 15 being completed between 1794 and 1801.The terrace proves a consistent style of three storey houses, which complement the surrounding Georgian buildings and layout of Laura Place, Great Pulteney Street and Henrietta Street.William Pitt lived at number 15 in 1802.

The Manvers Street bus station opened in 1958 and operated until 2009 when it was replaced by the new bus station in Dorchester Street as part of the Southgate regeneration programme. The bus station is managed by First West of England. There are 16 bays, Bays 1 and 2 are for National Express coach services, Bays 3 to 16 are for local bus services.

Marshal Wade's House at 14 Abbey Church Yard, Bath, Somerset, England was built around 1700 and has been designated as a Grade I listed building.The building was originally attributed to Lord Burlington and thought to have been built in 1730, however it is now thought to have been an earlier construction, for George Wade who was a Field Marshal and served as a British military commander and Commander-in-Chief of the Forces, as well as Member of Parliament for Bath from 1722 to 1747. The Palladian nature of the architecture is emphasised by the 5 fluted Ionic pilasters on the first and second floors. Furthermore, the building uses standard Georgian period sash windows with multiple panes and a moulded cornice. The construction was inspired by Inigo Jones' house in Covent Garden, London.The shop on the ground floor was an early 19th-century development which is now occupied by the National Trust. The ground floor was converted to retail use and has a Regency era shopfront which includes an elaborate fascia and delicate Regency trimmings.The house was acquired by the Landmark Trust in 1975 who have carried out various renovation work and now let out the property. The ground floor is currently in retail use and is open to the public. However, the upper levels offer no public access.
