Malatia-Sebastia (Armenian: Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան, Malat’ia-Sebastia varch’akan shrjan), also nicknamed colloquially as Bangladesh, is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, located in the western part of the city. As of the 2011 census, the district has a population of 132,900. Malatia-Sebastia is bordered by the Ajapnyak District form the north, Kentron District from the east and Shengavit District from the south. It also has borders with the Armavir Province from the east and the Ararat Province from the southeast.The name of the community is derived from two former major historically partly Armenian towns in modern-day Turkey; Malatya and Sivas. The district is unofficially divided into smaller neighborhoods such as: Nor Malatia, Zoravar Andranik, Shahumyan, Araratyan and Haghtanak.

Mkhitar Sebastatsi Educational Complex (Armenian: Մխիթար Սեբաստացի կրթահամալիր), is a state-owned school located in the Malatia-Sebastia District of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The school is named after the prominent Armenian scholar and theologian Mkhitar Sebastatsi of the 18th century.

Urartu Stadium (Armenian: Ուրարտու Մարզադաշտ) is an all-seater football stadium in the Malatia-Sebastia District of Yerevan, Armenia. The stadium is home to Urartu FC and has a capacity of 4,860 seats. It was known as Banants Stadium until 1 August 2019, when it was officially renamed Urartu Stadium.

Urartu Training Centre, is the training ground and academy base of the Armenian football club Urartu. It houses the club's main stadium, 3 additional full-size training pitches, mini football pitches as well as an indoor facility. The current technical director of the academy is the former Armenian footballer Rafael Nazaryan.

Khoren and Shooshanig Avedisian School (Armenian: Խորեն և Շուշանիկ Ավետիսյան դպրոց), is a private school in the Malatia-Sebastia District of Yerevan, Armenia, founded in 1998 by the Armenian Missionary Association of America. The school motto is Noli Cedere Cognoscere (Constant and Permanent Development).

Argavand (Armenian: Արգավանդ) is a village in the Masis Municipality of the Ararat province of Armenia.

The Mausoleum of Kara Koyunlu emirs or Mausoleum of Turkmen emirs (Armenian: Կարա-Կոյունլուների դամբարան, Turkmen: Türkmen emirleriniň aramgähi) also known as Emir Pir-Hussein Mausoleum, is a Turcoman mausoleum erected in 1413 and located in the village of Argavand, Ararat Province, on the outskirts of the Armenian capital Yerevan.The mausoleum acts as the tomb of Emir Saad, the chieftain of the Turkic Saadlu tribe, who had accompanied Timur from Central Asia.

Yerablur (Armenian: Եռաբլուր, lit. 'based on three hills') or Yerablur Military Pantheon is a military cemetery located on a hilltop in the outskirts of Yerevan, Armenia. Since 1988, Yerablur has become the burial place of Armenian soldiers who died during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Shahumyan (Armenian: Շահումյան, also, Imeni Shaumyana, Imeni Beriya, Shaumyan, and Posëlok Imeni Shaumyana) is a town in the Yerevan Province of Armenia. The town was named after Stepan Shahumyan, a Bolshevik commissar.

Haghtanak (Armenian: Հաղթանակ, also, Haght’anak, Akhtanak, and Chorort Gyukh) is a neighbourhood in the Yerevan Province of Armenia.
