Neutra/Maxwell House, referred to as the Maxwell House, is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 808) located in Angelino Heights, Los Angeles, California. It is a 1,200-square-foot (110 m2) Mid-Century modern house built c.1941, designed by Richard Neutra. It was relocated in 2008 from its original location at 475 North Bowling Green Way in Brentwood, Los Angeles thanks to the efforts of Barbara Behm. The Charles and Sylvie Maxwell House was designed and built by Neutra for the two musicians, she a violinist and he a composer, who wanted "acoustically suitable living quarters" on a budget of $6,750. Her practice room is farthest away from the composers study. There is a nice integration of sloping and flat roofs with the introduction of a glass triangle into the redwood siding. It was with this project that Neutra first experimented with the peaked roof and triangular glazed gable openings that later became a trademark of the firm when pitched roofs were mandated by city building codes. Further, this design element profoundly influenced the design of American suburban architecture in the 1950s and 60's.

The S.C. Geier House is a Colonial Revival style home located in the Angelino Heights Historic Preservation Overlay Zone in Los Angeles, California. It is a 2,900-square-foot (270 m2) house built in c.1907, designed by R. L. Sholty around May of c. 1906. It was restored in 2005. It shares lot lines on either side with Los Angeles Cultural Monuments #103 Forthmann Carriage House and #808 the Neutra/Maxwell House.

Dodger Stadium is a baseball stadium in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It is the home stadium of Major League Baseball's Los Angeles Dodgers. Opened in 1962, it was constructed in less than three years at a cost of US$23 million (US$206 million in 2020 dollars). It is the oldest ballpark in MLB west of the Mississippi River, and third-oldest overall, after Fenway Park in Boston (1912) and Wrigley Field in Chicago (1914), and is the largest baseball stadium in the world by seat capacity. Often referred to as a "pitcher's ballpark", the stadium has seen 13 no-hitters, two of which were perfect games. The stadium hosted the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in 1980—and will host in 2022—as well as games of 10 World Series (1963, 1965, 1966, 1974, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1988, 2017 and 2018). It also hosted the semifinals and finals of the 2009 and 2017 World Baseball Classics, as well as exhibition baseball during the 1984 Summer Olympics. It will also host baseball and softball during the 2028 Summer Olympics. The stadium hosted a soccer tournament on August 3, 2013, featuring four clubs: the hometown team Los Angeles Galaxy, and Europe's Real Madrid, Everton, and Juventus. The Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks played a regular season game in 2014 as part of the NHL Stadium Series. It is sometimes referred to as “Blue Heaven on Earth,” a nickname coined by Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda.

Stealing Home: The Point of No Return is a bronze statue of baseball great Jackie Robinson which was unveiled outside Dodger Stadium on April 15, 2017, the 70th anniversary of Robinson's breaking of the color barrier in Major League Baseball. In 1947, Robinson become the first African-American to play in Major League Baseball during the modern era. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1947 to 1956 and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962. His historical first is commemorated on Jackie Robinson Day each year.

A bronze statue of Sandy Koufax was unveiled outside Dodger Stadium on June 18, 2022. Koufax was a Hall of Fame pitcher for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers from 1955 to 1966 and is widely considered to be one of the greatest pitchers of all-time.

Foy House is a Victorian Italianate-style house that was built in 1872, located in Los Angeles, California. It was the eighth property in Los Angeles to receive Historical-Cultural Monument status.

Chavez Ravine is a shallow L-shaped canyon in Los Angeles, California. It sits in a large promontory of hills north of downtown Los Angeles, next to Major League Baseball's Dodger Stadium. Chavez Ravine was named for Julian Chavez, a Los Angeles councilman in the 19th century who originally purchased the land in the Elysian Park area.
