South Fallsburg is a hamlet and census-designated place in Sullivan County, New York, United States. South Fallsburg is located within the Town of Fallsburg at 41°42′59″N 74°37′49″W (41.716489, -74.630279).

The Rivoli Theatre in South Fallsburg, New York, United States is located at the intersection of NY 42 and Laurel Avenue. It was built in 1923, renovated in the late 1930s and remains almost intact from that period. It was a major local source of entertainment, both live and filmed, in the area during the peak years of the Jewish summer resorts in that region of the Catskills. Today a community theatre program continues to put on plays there every summer. In 2001 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. On July 6, 2012, the Rivoli Theatre once again began running movies. Using a Christie 35-mm projector and platter system, the Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop, Inc. (owners of the Rivoli Theatre) continued the film tradition. The first movie exhibited was Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted.

Yeshiva Gedolah Zichron Moshe, also known as Yeshiva of South Fallsburg, is a private yeshiva in South Fallsburg, New York. It is considered one of the leading beit midrash (undergraduate-level) programs in the United States, maintaining a "steady" enrollment of approximately 200 students. As an Orthodox rabbinical college, all students are male. Known colloquially as "Fallsburg", its students come from all over the United States, Europe and Israel. Following a stint in Fallsburg, students usually spend time in Israel, ideally in one of the many Brisker institutions there. Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Soloveitchik, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Brisk in Jerusalem, is known to accept a high percentage of Fallsburg's graduates. The yeshiva is accredited by the Association of Advanced Rabbinical and Talmudic Schools, and offers the bachelor's degree as well as first professional certification.

The Raleigh Hotel is a resort hotel in South Fallsburg, New York, within the Borscht Belt region of the Catskill Mountains. The hotel was established in 1937 as a popular kosher destination catering to most traditional Jewish (observant and non-observant) travelers, as well as other religions welcomed. Situated on 200 acres (81 ha) of land in Upstate New York's Borscht Belt, located roughly 90 miles (140 km) from New York City and just outside the village of Monticello, the Raleigh has hosted several entertainers such as Sammy Davis Jr., Jackie Mason, Milton Berle, Hal Rifken nee Jeffrin and Rodney Dangerfield. For many decades, Barry Frank was the Master of Ceremonies at the resort. The Raleigh's longtime owner Mannie Halbert died in 2004. The Raleigh temporarily closed in December 2005 and then reopened the following year under new ownership, as a retreat for mainly Orthodox Jews.

It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The community is in eastern Sullivan County, in the center of the town of Fallsburg. It is bordered to the south by South Fallsburg and to the north by Woodbourne. The Neversink River, a tributary of the Delaware River, flows from north to south through the community. New York State Route 42 passes through the community, following the west side of the Neversink. The highway leads north 2 miles (3 km) to Woodbourne and 10 miles (16 km) to Grahamsville, while to the southwest it leads 8 miles (13 km) to Monticello.

The Concord Resort Hotel (pronounced KAHN-cord, ()) was a resort in the Borscht Belt of the Catskills, known for its large resort industry in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Located in Kiamesha Lake, New York, United States, the Concord was the largest resort in the region and was also one of the last to finally close in 1998, long after the others closed. (A primary competitor, Grossinger's Catskill Resort Hotel, closed in 1986.) At the Concord, there were over 1,500 guest rooms and a dining room that sat 3,000; the resort encompassed some 2,000 acres (8.1 km2). The resort was a kosher establishment, catering primarily to Jewish vacationers from the New York City area, and it was more lavish in decor and activities than comparable large Catskill resorts.

Fallsburg is a town in Sullivan County, New York, United States. The town is in the eastern part of the county. The population was 14,192 at the 2020 census. (It is not to be confused with the hamlet of Fallsburg which bears a similar name and is within the town of Fallsburg.)

Woodbourne Correctional Facility is a medium security men's prison operated by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision in Woodbourne, New York of Sullivan County. It is located on the same tract of land as maximum security Sullivan Correctional Facility. The prison opened in 1933, designed by Alfred Hopkins, an estate architect with a sideline in prisons such as Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary in Pennsylvania. Hopkins also designed Wallkill Correctional Facility and Coxsackie Correctional Facility for the state.
