The Senator Theatre is a historic Art Deco movie theater on York Road in the Govans section of Baltimore, Maryland. It is the oldest operating movie theater in central Maryland and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a designated Baltimore City Landmark. Managers Buzz and Kathleen Cusack renovated the theater and reopened it on October 15, 2010. The theater closed again for more renovations on April 26, 2012. It has since reopened, with three smaller theaters adjacent to the main one. It shows first run movies as well as classics.

Lake–Evesham Historic District is a national historic district in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It incorporates 260 buildings representing its development over the period 1870–1946. The majority of buildings in the district are bungalows and houses in various revival styles built in the 1920s and 1930s, when Lake Evesham was actively developed as a residential suburb.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Faith Theological Seminary is an unaccredited evangelical Christian seminary in Baltimore, Maryland. It was founded in 1937 in Wilmington, Delaware, relocated to Philadelphia in 1952, and then moved to Maryland in 2004.

Villa Anneslie is a historic home located at Towson, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It was built about 1855 as a summer home. Designed by architect John Rudolph Niernsee, it is an Italianate two-story villa built in brick and covered in clapboard. It features an asymmetrical design with a central three story tower over the entrance.Villa Anneslie was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Homeland is a neighborhood in the northern part of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is bounded roughly by Melrose Avenue on the north, Bellona Avenue on the east, Homeland Avenue on the south, and Charles Street on the west. The Greater Homeland Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001 with 1,616 contributing buildings.

The Anneslie Historic District () encompasses a residential area just north of the city line of Baltimore, Maryland in Towson. It is a grid of five streets extending eastward from York Avenue and south from Regester Avenue. The area was platted out in 1922 and mostly built out by the 1950s. Properties in the northern section of the district, on Regester Avenue, Murdock, Anneslie, and Dunkirk Roads, were built in the 1920s and 1930s, in Bungalow, Foursquare, and cottage styles, while the streets further south were built out primarily with Cape, Tudor, and Colonial style houses. The district takes its name from Anneslie estate, whose house still stands in the district.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Bellona–Gittings is a neighborhood in the North District of Baltimore, located between the neighborhoods of Cedarcroft (east) and The Orchards (west). Its boundaries are marked by the Baltimore County line (north), East Melrose Avenue (south), Bellona Avenue (east) and North Charles Street (west). Many of the houses in this neighborhood were built from 1853 to 1956, with a wide variety of styles. Aside from one historic commercial building, the neighborhood is residential.The Baltimore neighborhood of Bellona–Gittings is part of the Bellona–Gittings Historic District, which extends over the Baltimore County line to Charlesbrooke and Overbrook Roads to the north, and includes the Baltimore neighborhood of Cedarcroft to the east. Although the historic district overlaps jurisdictions, developer Philip E. Lamb designed its roads and houses in 1910 with a distinct, cohesive character.

Glen Oaks is a neighborhood in the North District of Baltimore. Its boundaries form a slender, inverted triangle, with the city line as the neighborhood's northern base and Belvedere Shopping Center as its southern apex. Chinquapin Parkway (west) and The Alameda (east) draw the triangle's sides and cross at the neighborhood's southern tip.Most of the homes in Glen Oaks are brick row houses, built in 1948 by Elba Construction, Inc.The neighborhoods of Chinquapin Park-Belevedere, Lake Walker and Cameron Village are located to the west of Glen Oaks, on the opposite side Chinquapin Park. Idlewood, Ramblewood and Woodbourne Heights are located to the east, across The Alameda in the Northeast District. Route 36 (MTA Maryland) provides bus service along The Alameda, connecting Glen Oaks residents with Downtown Baltimore. Route 44 (MTA Maryland) provides cross-town service along Belvedere Avenue. Median household income for Glen Oaks in 2009 was estimated at $44,821, while the citywide median was only $38,772. Residents living below the poverty level were 12.5 percent of the Glen Oaks population and 22.9 percent of the Baltimore population. About 3/4 of the Glen Oaks population of 3,012 (census estimate for 2009) were black and almost 1/4 were white.
