201 North Charles Street Building is a high-rise office building located at 201 North Charles Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The building rises 28 floors and 350 feet (107 m) in height, and is tied with Charles Towers North Apartments as the 13th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1967, and is an example of international architecture.

The Grand is a Masonic temple located in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Constructed in 1866 by the Freemasons as the Grand Lodge of Maryland Masonic Temple, the building was the headquarters for the Maryland Freemasons for over 130 years. Edmund G. Lind was commissioned to design a new Masonic Temple. The French and Italian Renaissance-inspired property is a 7-story, 90,000 square foot building in downtown Baltimore. Among its ten main meeting rooms are Edinburgh Hall, modeled after the Tudor-style Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland, and another which resembles an Egyptian temple. The building features ornate plaster moldings, a marble staircase, stained glass windows and Rococo chandeliers.

The Fidelity Building is a 15-story, 67 m (220 ft) high rise building in the central business district of Baltimore, Maryland. Completed in 1894, it was later the headquarters of the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Baltimore which was founded in 1892.

St. Peter's Church, also known as St. Peter's Pro-Cathedral, was a historic church in Baltimore, Maryland that served as the first Catholic pro-cathedral in the United States; first built in 1770, the church became the pro-cathedral of the Diocese of Baltimore when the diocese was created in 1789, and the seat of Archbishop John Carroll, the first Catholic bishop in the United States. The church was situated on the 300 block of Charles Street at Saratoga Street. The first resident pastor of the church was Fr. Charles Sewell of St. Mary's County. St. Peter's served all Catholics within the city of Baltimore who could travel to it, which was an anomaly among Catholic churches in the United States before 1884, which were largely defined by the nationality of their parishioners.The trustees of the pro-cathedral purchased six acres of land in Baltimore in 1814 to use as a burial ground for Catholics of the city. This cemetery was opened in 1816 and, when it ran out of space in 1887, was closed. The remains were transferred to the new cathedral cemetery.It served as the pro-cathedral of the Archdiocese of Baltimore until an official cathedral, the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was built in 1821 to alleviate overcrowding at St. Peter's. With an increase of the Catholic population of Baltimore from 800 in 1792 to 10,000, the pro-cathedral was only able to accommodate a tenth of its total parishioners at any given Sunday Mass. The new cathedral was built one block to the north of St. Peter's. St. Peter's was closed in 1841, and demolished by 1845, when the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools established Calvert Hall on the site.

The Commercial Credit Company Building, also known as The Residences at 300 St. Paul, is a historic building located in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is significant as the first post-World War II office building constructed in the city, its associations with the Commercial Credit Company who commissioned it, and the New York City architectural firm Harrison and Abramovitz who designed it.Construction on the Modernist structure began in 1954 and it was completed three years later. Edwards and Hjorth were the general contractors. The property is located on a steep slope. The eastern section of the building is 19-stories, with a five-story section in the middle and a two-story section on its west elevation. The base of the building is composed of a Deer Isle granite with a glazed aluminum curtain wall in the center. The upper floors are slightly recessed from the base and are clad in grey aluminum panels. Commercial Credit Company continued to own the building until 1989. It has subsequently been converted into apartments. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

St. Paul's Church Rectory, located a block west of Old St. Paul's Episcopal Church (formerly "Protestant Episcopal" since 1789, Anglican/Church of England before) is a historic Episcopal rectory located on steep "Cathedral Hill" at the northeast corner of Cathedral Street (which merges with North Liberty Street, which becomes Hopkins Place and South Sharp Street further south) and West Saratoga Streets in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, United States. In the rear of the old rectory is a small alley-like extension of West Pleasant Street and to the east behind the North Charles Street former residences and now commercial structures, is another small alley extension of Little (or North) Sharp Street. In 2019, the Historic Rectory underwent a major renovation, overseen by The Rev. Mary Luck Stanley, Associate Rector, to restore it for the ministry purposes of the parishioners of Old St. Paul's Church. After thirty years of being leased away to an outside group, the Historic Rectory has been reclaimed by the church and will now be serving as an "Urban Retreat House" on the first floor, and as the "Parish Offices" on the second floor. Lauren Myatt and Peter Schwab, from Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects, provided the designs for the 2019 renovation. A.R. Marani Inc. General Contractors managed the nine month construction. On May 18, 2019, clergy, church leaders, architects, and contractors gathered at the Historic Rectory for a "House Blessing" to mark the beginning of a new season for this building that was once a home for the clergy of St. Paul’s, and is now a gathering place for the church’s members. Clergy and Vestry Members from 2013-2019 voted to be good stewards of this historic property by providing the resources to restore the grandeur of this 1791 home, thus contributing to the beautification of downtown Baltimore.

One Charles Center is a historic office building located in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a 23-story aluminum and glass International Style skyscraper designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and constructed in 1962. It was the first modernistic office tower in Baltimore and part of the city's downtown urban renewal movement. The base consists of a concrete-faced podium topped by a paved plaza, with the "T"-shaped office tower atop. The tower includes metal trim and gray glass.The tower was previously the subject of a design competition. It was completed in 13 months at a cost of $10,350,000. One Charles Center was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It is located next to the Fidelity Building, which was completed in the 1890s.In 1983, the Charles Center stop of the Baltimore Metro Subway opened one block south of the Charles Center complex at the intersection of Baltimore Street and Charles Street. This stop serves as a transportation hub that connects the Metro (extending west to the northwest suburbs of the city and east to Johns Hopkins Hospital) to local bus routes and the Charm City Circulator.An anchor tenant, CSX Corporation, sold and vacated the property in the mid-1990s, leaving the tenancy rate low. This prompted an auction for new ownership in which Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, its mortgage holder, bought One Charles Center in 1993 for $11.5 million. Three years later in 1996, the building was purchased for $6 million by Peter Angelos, a lawyer native to Baltimore and the majority owner of the Baltimore Orioles major league baseball team. After renovations, new tenants moved into the building, including the law offices of Peter Angelos as well as the firm Wright Constable & Skeen.Former tenants of One Charles Center include T. Rowe Price, an investment counsel firm and the Center Club of Baltimore.

Woman's Industrial Exchange is a historic building located at 333 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It consists of a townhouse erected in 1815, with a large, five-story structure appended to the rear. The building was purchased in 1860 by Mrs. Mary E. Boardley for a boarding house, and she added the rear wing. The Exchange purchased the building in 1889. A shop window was added circa 1900, which enhances the fine Flemish bonded brick work and marble stoop. The mixed-use building houses the shop and offices of The Woman's Industrial Exchange, two restaurants, and seven residential apartments.

Brown's Arcade is a historic retail and office building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It consists of four early 19th century brick rowhouses. Architect Henry F. Brauns redesigned a row of four, three story buildings in 1904 into the original Brown's Arcade, with the application of Colonial Revival details over the original Federal-style façade. It was converted to a series of small shops; bordering a straight central walkway with offices above. The rear courtyard contains two-story brick structures with shed roofs and a two-story Renaissance Revival style structure.Brown's Arcade was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
