The Shanghai Science Hall (Chinese: 科學會堂) is a building in the Luwan District of central Shanghai, China, within the French Concession area.

Xintiandi (Chinese: 新天地; pinyin: Xīntiāndì, Shanghainese: Shinthidi lit. "New Heaven and Earth", fig. "New World") is an affluent car-free shopping, eating and entertainment district of Shanghai. Xintiandi now refers to the wider area centered around Madang Road which includes both pedestrian-only and motor traffic roads.

The Site of the First National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (Chinese: 中国共产党第一次全国代表大会会址) is now preserved as a museum in Shanghai, China. It is located in Xintiandi, on Xingye Road (formerly Rue Wantz, in the Shanghai French Concession). It is located in the historical shikumen buildings in which the 1st National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party took place during the month of July in 1921.The museum combines exhibits about the history of China, the history of the city of Shanghai, and the events surrounding the foundation of the Chinese Communist Party.

Site of the First CPC National Congress · Xintiandi (Chinese: 一大会址·新天地; pinyin: Yīdà Huìzhǐ Xīntiāndì) is an interchange station between Shanghai Metro Lines 10 and 13, located in the Xintiandi shopping area of Huangpu District. Line 13 service commenced on December 19, 2015. On June 20, 2021, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party, the station name changed from Xintiandi Station to Site of the First CPC National Congress · Xintiandi Station.

All Saints Church (Chinese: 诸圣堂; pinyin: Zhūshèng táng) is a Protestant Christian place of worship in Huangpu, Shanghai, China. Originally founded as an Anglican church in 1925, it joined general Protestant worship in 1958. It was closed during the Cultural Revolution, but was reopened in 1982. The only surviving Neo-Romanesque church building in the city, it is listed as one of the Featured Historical Buildings of Shanghai.

The Consulate General of Sweden is the diplomatic mission of Sweden in Shanghai. It is located in Huangpu district of Shanghai. The Swedish Consulate General in Shanghai today represents Sweden in East China, covering the city of Shanghai and the provinces of Jiangsu, Anhui, and Zhejiang. Officially reopened in September 1996, it reflects Sweden's strategic interest in engaging with one of China's fastest-growing regions. Historically, Sweden has maintained a presence in Shanghai since the 19th century, when the original consulate was established in 1863 during the Sweden–Norway union. The early consular mission focused on supporting trade and shipping, operating within the frameworks of European imperial influence in China. However, due to limited resources and internal conflicts, the consulate struggled to fully leverage East Asia's economic opportunities and was eventually closed in 1956 after a long period of transition. Today, the consulate employs 17 staff, including diplomats from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and personnel from the Swedish Migration Agency. Its responsibilities include promoting Swedish foreign policy and increasing awareness of Sweden, particularly in areas such as trade, culture, and education. A dedicated promotion team leads this effort. The consulate also handles civil law and consular services, such as passport issuance, and manages administrative matters like protocol, security, and property. In addition, a major function is migration services, where a seven-person team processes visas, work permits, and residency applications.

K11 is an office building and shopping mall, located near Huaihai Park ,Xintiandi area , in the former Luwan District of Shanghai. It is 278 meters high and was designed by Bregman and Hamann Architects. It overlooks the People's Square across the Yan'an Elevated Road. Formerly called the Hong Kong New World Tower (Chinese: 香港新世界大厦), the building was reopened on May 28, 2013 as K11. Planned by Hong Kong billionaire Adrian Cheng, renovations aimed to create a union between retail and art.

Taipingqiao Park (Chinese: 太平桥公园; pinyin: Tàipíngqiāo Gōngyuán) is a park near Xintiandi in Shanghai, China. In the center of the park is a man-made lake called Taiping Lake (Chinese: 太平湖; pinyin: Tàipíng Hú).

Fuxing Park (simplified Chinese: 复兴公园; traditional Chinese: 復興公園; pinyin: Fùxīng gōngyuán) is located in the former French Concession of Shanghai, China, in Luwan District near Nanchang Road; the main entrance is at the cross street of Fuxingzhong Road and Chongqingnan Road. It was once the largest park in Shanghai. The park was laid out by the French in 1909. The park, about 10 ha. in size, is designed in the French style, with a lake, fountains, covered pavilions, and flowerbeds. Early morning, the park fills with dancers, card players, mahjong enthusiasts, and tai chi solo and group artists. According to Time magazine's Hannah Beech, it is one of the must-see sights in Shanghai.The park was originally named Gu's Park, but during the French occupation it became a military encampment. After the French, the Japanese renamed the park "Daxing Park." Finally, in the mid 20th century, the Chinese regained control of the park land and dubbed it "Fuxing Park." The park was fully rehabilitated in 2008, in time for it’s 100th anniversary. Design was executed by WAA International Ltd, a Canadian WOFE created in Shanghai in 2004 under the leadership of Vincent Asselin C.Q., CSLA Fellow and Shanghai Silver Magnolia Medal awardee.

Site of the First CPC National Congress · South Huangpi Road (simplified Chinese: 一大会址·黄陂南路; traditional Chinese: 一大會址·黃陂南路; pinyin: Yīdà Huìzhǐ Huángpí Nán Lù) is a station on Line 1 of the Shanghai Metro; it opened on 10 April 1995 as part of the section between Jinjiang Park and Shanghai Railway Station;On June 20 2021, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party, the station name changed from South Huangpi Road Station to Site of the First CPC National Congress · South Huangpi Road Station.The station is situated within the Inner Ring Road and adjacent to Middle Huaihai Road, the major up-market shopping street in Shanghai. The neighbourhood in the vicinity was a residential district in the old French Concession. In recent years, the area was bought by a property developer and turned into an expensive restaurant district. Large-scale demolition has reduced the number of residents in the area, and replaced them with restaurants and large, Hong Kong-style shopping malls.

The Shikumen Open House Museum (Chinese: 屋里厢-石库门博物馆; pinyin: Wūlixiāng-Shíkùmén Bówùguǎn; Shanghainese: Olishian-Sakumen Bovahgue) is a museum in the Xintiandi area of Shanghai, China (administratively in the Huangpu District) that presents a house in the traditional shikumen style.This is a small museum on the south side of the North Block of Xintiandi on Xingye Road that presents Shanghai life as it was around the 1920s and 30s in a shikumen-style "stone-gate" house. There are about five rooms furnished with period furniture. The museum includes a tingzijian, a small triangular room, sometimes rented out at a low price to impoverished writers and others.

Lippo Plaza is a 38 floor tower in the Luwan District of Shanghai, China and was completed in 1998. It was built by architect Frank C Y Feng and Associates Limited.
