Qiaocheng East station (simplified Chinese: 侨城东站; traditional Chinese: 僑城東站; Jyutping: Kiu4 Sing4 Dung1 Zaam6; lit. 'Overseas Chinese Town East station'), formerly Qiaochengdong station, is a station on Line 1 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2004. It is located underground at Shennan Dadao (Chinese: 深南大道), west of Qiaochengdong Lu (simplified Chinese: 侨城东路; traditional Chinese: 僑城東路) and east of Xiaoshahe Lu (Chinese: 小沙河路), in Futian District, Shenzhen, China. It is near the east end of Splendid China Folk Village (simplified Chinese: 锦绣中华; traditional Chinese: 錦綉中華) and Overseas Chinese Town (simplified Chinese: 华侨城; traditional Chinese: 華僑城), hence its name.

Shenzhen Bay Park station (Chinese: 深圳湾公园站; pinyin: Shēnzhèn Wān Gōngyuán Zhàn) is a Metro station of Shenzhen Metro Line 9. It opened on 28 October 2016.

The University of Hong Kong–Shenzhen Hospital (HKU-SZH; Chinese: 香港大学深圳医院) is a teaching hospital of the University of Hong Kong in Futian, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.The 600-bed hospital is one of the two teaching hospitals of the University of Hong Kong. The Shenzhen municipal government constructed and provided funding for the facility.

OCT station (simplified Chinese: 华侨城站; traditional Chinese: 華僑城站; pinyin: Huáqiáochéng zhàn; Jyutping: Waa4 Kiu4 Sing4 Zaam6), also referred to as Overseas Chinese Town station in English, and formerly known as Huaqiaocheng station, is a station on Line 1 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2004. It is located underground at Shennan Dadao (Chinese: 深南大道), near Shenzhen Bay Hotel (simplified Chinese: 深圳湾大酒店; traditional Chinese: 深圳灣大酒店), in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. The station is named after Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) (simplified Chinese: 华侨城; traditional Chinese: 華僑城). It is also located close to Splendid China (simplified Chinese: 锦绣中华; traditional Chinese: 錦綉中華) and China Folk Culture Village (Chinese: 民族文化村).

Huaxia Art Centre is a facility for art and culture located on the outskirts of the Overseas Chinese Town in the Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. The 13,500 square metres (145,000 sq ft) centre was completed in 1990 and opened in 1991. It has since hosted a variety of large national and international conferences, exhibitions, and artistic and cultural events.From February to June 1997, it hosted the Provisional Legislative Council of Hong Kong. The centre underwent renovations between May 2004 to March 2005 to replace seats and add film studios.
