The Harrisburg Avenue Tobacco Historic District is an historic tobacco warehouse complex and national historic district which is located in Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

B. B. Martin Tobacco Warehouse is a historic tobacco warehouse located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1875, and is a 2 1/2-story, red brick building on a stone foundation. It is five bays by three bays and has a moderate pitched slate covered gable roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Follmer, Clogg and Company Umbrella Factory, also known as Van Sciver Building, is a historic factory building located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was built between about 1880 and 1905, and is a U-shaped, brick complex measuring approximately 144 feet by 250 feet. It housed Follmer, Clogg and Company, a manufacturer of umbrellas and parachutes, until the 1940s. In 1944, it was acquired by the Van Sciver Furniture Company and housed a furniture store, warehouse, and repair shop until 1982.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Lancaster Arts Hotel is a hotel in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, housed in a historic tobacco warehouse. Originally, the hotel site was built in the 1880s as a tobacco warehouse and was used that way until 1945. It then was used by a paper and twine business as well as an electronics business before being transformed into the hotel. The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing property to the Harrisburg Avenue Tobacco Historic District. Lancaster Arts Hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.The hotel also has an art gallery featuring rotating exhibitions by regional artists. Included in the gallery is a room paying homage to Lancaster sculptor Blanche Nevin whose sculpture of Peter Muhlenberg is housed in the National Statuary Hall Collection at the U.S. Capitol Building. Another room features the work of Watercolor Painter Charles Demuth. Other artists who have been exhibited at the hotel include Warren Rohrer and David Brumbach.

Nissly-Stauffer Tobacco Warehouses are two historic tobacco warehouses located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The Nissly Warehouse was built about 1912, and is a three-story, rectangular brick building on a limestone foundation. It is seven bays by six bays. The Stauffer Warehouse was built about 1913, and is a five-story, rectangular brick building on a limestone foundation. It is four bays by eight bays.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Clipper Magazine Stadium is a baseball park located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in the Northwest Corridor neighborhood. It is the home of the Lancaster Barnstormers, the city's Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) franchise. It hosted its first regular-season baseball game on May 11, 2005, with the Barnstormers losing to the Atlantic City Surf, 4–3. The ballpark also serves as the corporate headquarters for the Atlantic League and seats 6,000 people. The ballpark features a natural grass-and-dirt playing field. Its many food stands serve Pennsylvania Dutch and Philadelphia cuisine such as whoopie pies, cheesesteaks, hoagies, Tastykakes, soft pretzels from local bakeries and the Philly Pretzel Factory, barbecue from the four-time state champion Hess's BBQ, hot dogs from Kunzler & Company, beer from the Lancaster Brewing Company and Yuengling, ice cream and tea from Turkey Hill, salty treats from Utz and Snyder's of Hanover, and confections from nearby Hershey's. Clipper Magazine Stadium lies in the Northwest Corridor of Lancaster city, which includes Franklin & Marshall College and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. In October 2008, the venue hosted vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin during the 2008 U.S. presidential election.About 104,000 fans on BallparkDigest.com, a website by August Publications, ranked Clipper Magazine Stadium the "2020 Best of the Ballparks" out of all independent U.S. and Canadian baseball parks by a margin of 86 to 14 percent over the next runner-up, U.S. Steel Yard in Gary, Indiana. Clipper Magazine Stadium also won the 2021 "Best of the Ballparks MLB Partner Leagues" over runner-up, Franklin Field in suburban Milwaukee. The Atlantic League awarded Clipper Magazine Stadium the "Ballpark of the Year" following the end of its 2013 regular season, commemorating the Barnstormers staff for their excellence in groundskeeping and operations.Clipper Magazine, a local periodical company, purchased the naming rights for $2.5 million over ten years beginning in 2006. They extended this agreement in 2013 through the 2019 season.

It was built in 1873–1874, and is a T-shaped dwelling with a 2+1⁄2-story main section and 2+1⁄2-story rear wing with a slate covered mansard roof in a combined Italianate / Second Empire style. It features a 3+1⁄2-story tower with a mansard roof. It once housed a fraternity and in 1973 was converted to apartments.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
