Park Church

The First Arena is a 3,784-seat multi-purpose facility located in downtown Elmira, New York. It features two ice surfaces, a full-service restaurant and bar, a food service center for the recreational rink, video game arcade, 31 luxury suites, party/group outing facilities, and meeting/community rooms among other amenities. The arena opened in 2000 as the Coach USA Center and changed names to the First Arena in 2004. It has been home to the Elmira Jackals from its opening until 2017 and the Elmira Enforcers of the Federal Prospects Hockey League from 2018 to 2021. It is located on the corner of W. Gray Street and N. Main Street. The arena's naming rights are held by Transdev.

The parish of Trinity Church, Elmira, New York was founded in 1833. Trinity Church is a parish of the Chemung District of the Episcopal Diocese of Central New York, centered in Syracuse, New York. The present structure of Trinity Church is located at 304 North Main Street, Elmira, New York. Designed by architect Henry Dudley, the church was built from 1855 through 1858. It is significant for its Gothic Revival architecture. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

The Junction Canal was a canal in the states of New York and Pennsylvania in the United States. The canal was also called the Arnot Canal, after the name of its principal stockholder, John Arnot of Elmira, New York.

The Clemens Center is a concert and theater center in Elmira, New York. It is named after Samuel Clemens, whose pen name was Mark Twain and was often resident in Elmira when writing his books. The Clemens Center partners with local educators through the Mary Tripp Marks School-Time Series to allow students to experience live theater.

Buildings at 104–116 West Water St. were a set of historic commercial buildings located at Elmira in Chemung County, New York. They included a 3-story, four-bay building (114–116 W. Water); a 3+1⁄2-story, 14-bay Second Empire style building built about 1870 (106–112 W. Water); and a 2-story, five-bay Streamline Moderne building (104 W. Water). The building at 104 W. Water was built in 1934 as an S. S. Kresge variety store.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.Two of the buildings were deemed to be safety hazards and demolished in 2014 after failed attempts to renovate them. During this demolition an adjacent building was damaged and it and the third building were subsequently demolished in 2015, opening up a half-acre parcel for potential development. In 2018 construction of the 100 West Water Street project began on the site.

St. Patrick's Parochial Residence-Convent and School is a historic Roman Catholic parochial residence (rectory and convent), and school complex located at Elmira in Chemung County, New York. The structures are across from St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The residence was built in 1884 and is a two-story brick structure in the Second Empire style. It has been adapted for senior citizen housing. The school was erected in 1892-1894 and is a hipped roof, three story structure on a high basement in the Second Renaissance Revival style. The architect for the residence was Huron O. Smith, and the architects for the school were Pierce & Bickford, all of Elmira. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Elmira () is a city and the county seat of Chemung County, New York, United States. It is the principal city of the Elmira, New York, metropolitan statistical area, which encompasses Chemung County. The population was 26,523 at the 2020 census, down from 29,200 at the 2010 census, a decline of more than 7 percent.The City of Elmira is in the south-central part of the county, surrounded on three sides by the Town of Elmira. It is in the Southern Tier of New York, a short distance north of the Pennsylvania state line.

The 30th Separate Company Armory, also known as the Elmira Armory, formerly located at 307 East Church Street in Elmira, New York, was built from 1886 to 1888. It was a contributing property of the Elmira Civic Historic District. The structure was designed by J. H. Pierce of the firm of Pierce & Bickford. Following decommissioning by the New York National Guard in the 1970s it was acquired by Chemung County and used as for offices and storage.

Pratt House is a historic home located at Elmira, Chemung County, New York. It is a large scale brick dwelling in the Italianate style. It has a cross-gable plan and features two asymmetrical towers, a projecting polygonal bay, and a stepped back, Arts and Crafts style north wing. The lower tower has a pyramidal roof and the taller tower a bell cast roof embellished with cresting. It was originally located on Union Place, but moved to its present location in 1872 when it was extensively remodeled to its present appearance. The rear wing was added in the 1920s when it was home to the Elmira Eagles Aerie 941.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

The Elmira Civic Historic District is the area of downtown Elmira, New York where the governmental center developed in the town's early history. It includes the Chemung County Courthouse Complex, John Hazlett Office Building and the Arnot Art Museum/Icehouse, all on Lake Street. Among the contributing buildings on Church Street are the Richardson Romanesque style Armory Building, the Beaux Arts-style City Hall, designed by Pierce & Bickford, and the U. S. Post Office. Other buildings are on nearby Baldwin Street, Market Street and Carroll Street. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980; four decades later its boundaries were revised.

Arnot Art Museum, opened 1913, is a municipal art museum located at 235 Lake Street in Elmira, New York. Its permanent collection includes 17th-, 18th-, and 19th-century European paintings; and 19th- and 20th-century American art. Its 21st-century collection focuses on contemporary representational art. The building is a contributing property in the Elmira Civic Historic District.

The Elmira Coca-Cola Bottling Company Works is located at 415 West Second Street, Elmira, New York. It was built in 1939 in the Art Moderne style. The building was designed by architect Lucius Read White, Jr. The structure is significant for its architecture and its role in industry, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.The building is no longer a bottling plant and now used by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 139.
