Ingelum

Franjumerbuorren (Dutch: Franjumerburen or Franjemerburen; Dutch pronunciation: [ˌfrɑn.jʏ.mərˈbyː.rə(n)]; Franjum for short) is a hamlet in the Dutch municipality of Waadhoeke in the province of Friesland. It is located south of Ingelum and north of Marsum, of which it is a part administratively. The residences of the hamlet, mainly farmhouses, are located on the road of the same name, Franjumerbourren. The Ingelumer Feart flows through the hamlet.

Dyksterhuzen (Dutch: Dijksterhuizen; Dutch pronunciation: [ˈdɛi̯k.stərˌɦœy̯.zə(n)]) is a hamlet in the Dutch municipality of Waadhoeke in the province of Friesland. It is located northwest of Ingelum and east of Bitgummole, of which it is a part administratively. The settlement of the hamlet is located on the eponymous road, Dyksterhuzen. The residences are both houses and farms. The N398, a trunk road, forms the division between the hamlet and the village of Bitgummole.

Poptaslot or Heringastate is a stins—a type of luxurious house often used by and/or built for the nobility of Frisia, many of which are built to look like castles (the term literally means "stone-house")—in the Dutch province of Friesland (Fryslân). It was founded somewhere between 1512 and 1525, probably by Sasker van Camstra. It was probably named Heringastate when it was founded, using his mother’s surname Heringa. Around 1631 it was significantly changed and modernised. Its last inhabitant, Doctor Henricus Popta, declared that his house should never be lived in again and should be preserved. Today slot guardians (Dutch: slotvoogden), of which four are currently active, still preserve the stins.It is located in the village of Marsum, near the provincial capital of Friesland, Leeuwarden, and is listed as rijksmonument number 28623.

Terpzigt is a drainage mill in Marssum, Friesland, Netherlands. It is the smallest spinnenkop, a type of hollow post windmill. The mill is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 8625.

The Protestant church of Deinum or Saint John the Baptist church is a religious building in Deinum, Netherlands, one of the medieval churches in Friesland. It is an early 13th-century building with a tower that dates from 1550-1567. The historic pipe organ was built in 1865 by Willem Hardorff from Leeuwarden. The church was originally a Roman Catholic church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist but became a Protestant church after the protestant reformation. It is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 28586.
