The Autism Science Foundation (ASF) is a non-profit organization that funds evidence-based autism research and supports autism families. The organization was founded in April 2009 by Alison Tepper Singer, a former senior executive of Autism Speaks and the longest-serving public member of the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC), and Karen Margulis London, co-founder of the National Alliance for Autism Research. Both Singer and London are parents of autistic children.

The Epic is a 615 ft (187 m) tall skyscraper in New York City. It was constructed from 2005 to 2007, and has 58 floors. It is tied with four other buildings, the New York Life Building, 919 Third Avenue, Tower 49, and 750 7th Avenue in its position as the 118th tallest building in New York, and has 460 rooms.

The Church of St. Francis of Assisi is a parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, and is located at 135–139 West 31st Street, Manhattan, New York City. The parish is staffed by the Order of Friars Minor.

The Irish Voice is a newspaper published in New York City, New York. It focuses on news and stories from an Irish-American perspective. The paper was first published in the fall of 1987 and was targeted at new Irish immigrants who were moving to the US in large numbers.

The Continental NYC, originally known as Tower 111, is a 53-story, 338-unit luxury rental skyscraper designed by architect Costas Kondylis in the New York City borough of Manhattan at 885 Sixth Avenue and 32nd Street in Midtown Manhattan. Its exclusive representative is the Atlantic Development Group.

Eventi is a hotel and residential skyscraper located on Sixth Avenue and West 30th Street in Manhattan, near Herald Square.

Manhattan Mall is an inactive indoor shopping mall at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. There are entrances to the New York City Subway's 34th Street–Herald Square station and the PATH's 33rd Street station on the second basement level. The mall replaced the former flagship store of the Gimbels department store chain, which operated from 1910 to 1986. It opened in 1989 as a shopping center called A&S Plaza and was rebranded Manhattan Mall in 1995. Stern's department store occupied the anchor store space from 1995–2001. The upper floors were converted into office space in the 2000s decade, with the mall focusing on the first, second, and two basement levels instead. JCPenney operated the large anchor store from 2007 to 2020. The coronavirus pandemic hit the mall hard in 2020, with the remaining stores departing and the location relegated to being a dead mall. As of mid 2022, the mall area functions primarily as an expanded lobby for the offices of 100 w33rd st, allowing office tenants direct access from sixth ave as well as the local subway station. The EXPRESS store has been replaced with Aeropostale, but the southern end of the Manhattan Mall is still WIP.

130 West 30th Street, also "The Cass Gilbert", is a luxury condominium on 30th Street between the Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue) and Seventh Avenue in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. The 18-story building was designed by architect Cass Gilbert as offices, showrooms and manufacturing space in New York's fur district, just south of the Garment District. The building was originally known as the S.J.M Building, named for Salomon J. Manne, a fur trader with whom Gilbert shared a box at the Metropolitan Opera. It was renamed “The Cass Gilbert” in 2004. The building is also included in the AIA Guide to New York City.Above the doorways are terra-cotta decorative friezes set in marble and based on Assyrian stone reliefs which feature hunters, horses and stylized lions. The animal motif, perhaps an acknowledgement to the fur district, can also be found in the brass elevator doors in the lobby. Additional terra-cotta friezes with winged beasts which encircle the building at various levels accentuate the modern skyscraper set backs that reflect the 1916 zoning rules to allow more light and sunlight. The doorway panels have been cited in Ephemeral New York as “triumphant” and “exotic.” 130 West 30th Street was designated as a Landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2001. The building was converted to a residential condominium in 2003, comprising 45 residential units as well as four commercial units which were later combined into one, housing Beit Simchat Torah, an LGBT synagogue, which was finished in 2016 and the NYTimes called “mystical.”

The Café Rouge was constructed as the main restaurant at Hotel Pennsylvania in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It achieved its greatest fame as a nightclub.

The Hackers on Planet Earth (HOPE) conference series is a hacker convention sponsored by the security hacker magazine 2600: The Hacker Quarterly that until 2020 was typically held at Hotel Pennsylvania, in Manhattan, New York City. Occurring biennially in the summer, there have been twelve conferences to date with the most recent occurring July 20–23, 2018. HOPE 2020, originally planned to be held at St. John's University, was instead held as a nine-day virtual event from July 25 to August 2, 2020. HOPE features talks, workshops, demonstrations, tours, and movie screenings. HOPE was significantly inspired by the quadrennial Hack-Tic events in the Netherlands which also inspired the annual Chaos Communication Congress (C3) held in Germany. Summercon was also an influential predecessor.

The Hotel Pennsylvania is a former hotel located at 401 Seventh Avenue (15 Penn Plaza) in Manhattan, across the street from Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden in New York City. Once the largest hotel in the world, it remained the fourth largest hotel in the city when it closed permanently on April 1, 2020.

15 Penn Plaza, also known as PENN15 and Vornado Tower, is a 68-story tower proposed by Vornado Realty Trust in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It would be located on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets, on the site of present-day Hotel Pennsylvania. The Hiller Group is the designer. Despite only having 68 floors, it is planned to be 1,270 feet (390 m) tall.
