Samseongsan (Gyeonggi/Seoul)

Gwanak Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line. It takes its name from a famous mountain to the northeast. Note that this station is not in Gwanak-gu, north of here. A light rail line linking this station to Gwangmyeong (KTX) and Cheolsan (Line 7) is in the planning stages. Upon completion of the proposed LR line, Gwanak Station will potentially become an important transfer point for KTX passengers in the city of Anyang.

Daelim College is a private technical college in South Korea. The college is located in the Dongan-gu district of Anyang City, Gyeonggi province, south of Seoul, and is just across the Anyang River from Anyang Station.

Seoksu Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 1. It is situated on the border of Seoul and Anyang, the station building itself lying in Anyang, hence the address and indeed its name, which is derived from the area of Anyang in which it is located, and the platforms being in Seoul.

Anyang Station is a ground-level metro station on line 1 of the Seoul Subway in Anyang 1-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang, South Korea. The station's sole exit offers access to Enter-6 Mall, which occupies the same building. Travel time from Anyang Station to Seoul Station on Line 1 is approximately 40 minutes. Anyang Station is the main station in Anyang, but there are another six stations in Anyang, namely Beomgye, Pyeongchon and Indeogwon on Line 4, and Myeonghak, Gwanak and Seoksu on Line 1, though the latter's platforms lie within Seoul. It is connected with Lotte Dapartment Store.

Anyang Sports Complex (Korean: 안양종합운동장) is a group of sports facilities in Anyang, Gyeonggi, South Korea. The complex consists of the Anyang Stadium (which sometimes has temporary purple seats for football matches), Anyang Indoor Arena, swimming pool, ice rink, and tennis court.

Bakdal-dong (박달동, 博達洞) is neighborhood of Manan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is officially divided into Bakdal-1-dong and Bakdal-2-dong.

Hallym University (한림대학교) is a private university located in Chuncheon, Gangwon, Republic of Korea. Hallym University was established in 1982. In 1995 it was designated by the Ministry of Education as one of a handful of universities entitled to receive the financial support of the Ministry for their specialization programs. After that, it continued to be so designated consecutively for five years. In addition, it has acquired the status of "distinguished university," the title granted by the Ministry of Education, three years in a row, and has also been selected for funding by the Brain Korea 21 Project.

Geumcheon District (Geumcheon-gu) is one of the 25 gu (districts) of Seoul, South Korea. It was created from southern parts of Guro-gu and tiny sections from Gwangmyeong in 1995. Its district office is located in front of Siheung Station, now Geumcheon-gu Office Station, in Siheung-dong. Geumcheon-gu is located in the southwest corner of the city, south of the Han River. It is bordered on the west by the Anyang River, and partially on the east by Gwanak Mountain, a dominating part of Seoul's southern skyline. Many technology companies are housed in Geumcheon-gu and several large headquarters are located here, albeit the income level of Seoulites here is lower than average. The Gyeongbu railway from Seoul Station to Busan station passes through, as well as Seoul Subway Lines 1 and 7. The mayor of this district has been Cha Sung-su (차성수) since July 2010.

Seoul National University (SNU; Korean: 서울대학교; lit. Seoul University) is a public research university located in Seoul, South Korea. It is one of the SKY universities and a part of the Flagship Korean National Universities.The university's main campus is located in Gwanak, and two additional campuses are located in Daehangno and Pyeongchang. The university comprises sixteen colleges, one graduate school and nine professional schools. The student body consists of nearly 17,000 undergraduate and 11,000 graduate students.

Gwanaksan (Korean: 관악산) is a mountain in southern Seoul, South Korea. Portions lie in the Gwanak District and Geumcheon District districts of Seoul; other portions lie in the neighboring cities of Anyang, Gyeonggi and Gwacheon. The name gwanak means "hat-shaped peak," and refers to its gat-like profile. Thus Gwanaksan literally means "mountain of the hat-shaped peak". Together with Songaksan in Kaesong, Gamaksan in Paju, Uaksan in Pocheon, and Hwaaksan in Gapyeong, Gwanaksan was long considered one of the five representative peaks of Gyeonggi-do (gyeonggi o-ak). The main campus of Seoul National University is located just northwest of the mountain, and the Gwacheon national government complex lies to the east. Also nearby is the Anyang Resort Area, a popular local tourist attraction. On the mountain itself lie numerous Buddhist temples, including Wongaksa. Most of the mountain slope is protected land. The mountain is very popular with older climbers, since it can easily be reached by Seoul's public transportation. Annual hiking traffic is close to 5 million people. The Seoul side was designated a city park in 1968.

The Kyujanggak, also known as Gyujanggak, was the royal library of the Joseon Dynasty. It was founded in 1776 by order of King Jeongjo of Joseon (as a major policy arm of his government), at which time it was located on the grounds of Changdeokgung Palace. Today known as Kyujanggak Royal Library, the Kyujanggak Archives are maintained by Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies at the Seoul National University, located in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu in Seoul. The archive functions as a key repository of Korean historical records and a centre for research and publication of an annual journal titled Kyujanggak.

Daran-dong (달안동, 達安洞) is neighborhood of Dongan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
