The First Unitarian Church of Omaha, Nebraska is a Unitarian Universalist Church located at 3114 Harney Street in the Midtown area.

Midtown Crossing at Turner Park is a seven building, 16-acre mixed-use development in midtown Omaha, encompassing 297 condominiums, 196 apartment units, and fine and casual dining, entertainment and shopping. A majority of Midtown Crossing's restaurant and retailer partners are Omaha-born businesses, including Wohlner's Neighborhood Grocery & Deli and Garbo's Salon and Spa. Built around an expanded and renovated Turner Park, the neighborhood sits between Farnam and Dodge Streets and 31st and 33rd Streets. It is directly to the east of Mutual of Omaha's headquarters, who planned and financed the development, and is located to the west of downtown Omaha. St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church is located at 602 Park Avenue in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. The original congregation was formed in 1907 to meet the needs of Omaha's then-burgeoning Greek community. The current building is a city landmark that was originally constructed in 1908 for Omaha's Temple Israel, and was sold to the St. John's parish in 1951.

Selma Terrace is a historic apartment complex in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1916, and designed in the Prairie School style by architect Richard Everette. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 2, 2008.

The Mutual of Omaha Building is a 285-ft (87 m), 14-story skyscraper in midtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Built in 1970, it is currently the sixth tallest building in Omaha. The building houses the headquarters of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, and is the largest building in Mutual of Omaha's Midtown Crossing development. Joined to the main building, the Mutual of Omaha Dome is an underground facility topped by a large glass dome. The dome houses an employee café. The building's north face was covered with a large photograph of an Olympic swimmer in June 2008 as an advertisement for the U.S. Olympic swim trials being held in Omaha in July. Again, in June 2009 the company's north face was adorned in a larger-than-life tiger to celebrate its centennial (shown). The building wrap was completed by Super Color Digital, a large-format digital printing company based in Orange County, California.

The Joseph Garneau Jr. House, later called the Thomas Kilpatrick House or the Garneau–Kilpatrick House, is located at 3100 Chicago Street in the Gifford Park neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Built in 1890 for cracker magnate Joseph Garneau Jr., it changed hands in 1903 when Garneau moved to New York City to set up a wine importing business. Thomas Kilpatrick lived in the house until his death in 1916.The Romanesque Revival style of the house led to it be designated an Omaha Landmark in 1980; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

The Park Avenue Apartment District is a historic district in Omaha, Nebraska that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. One component, the Portland, was built as the Barnard Apartment Building in 1902, and has been known as the Portland since 1917. It was designed by architect John Latenser, Sr. and is a three-story apartment building with three wings, forming a U-shape around a courtyard. It includes Italian Renaissance styling. The Unitah, built two years later by the same owner and also with Latenser as architect, includes Prairie School design elements in its exterior. It was later renamed to be the Cantebury Square Apartments.

The Mary Reed House, AKA "Mary Reed Residence" was built and designed in 1909 for the widow of philanthropist and real estate pioneer Byron Reed. It was built in the Gold Coast area of Omaha, Nebraska, which in the early 20th century was a neighborhood of great prestige. This red-brick building, now home to a law firm, was designed by architect F.A. Henninger in the Prairie style made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright. Located at 503 S. 35th St. in Omaha; it was designated as an Omaha Historical Landmark in 1982.

Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church is located at 2650 Farnam Street in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Organized on December 5, 1858, as Emanuel's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the church is thought to be the first Lutheran congregation organized west of the Missouri River. In the 1920s the church was credited with being the largest Lutheran congregation in the United States.

Terrace Court is a historic apartment complex of three three-story buildings in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1920 by the Drake Realty & Construction Co., and designed by architect B. Hene in Sullivanesque style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 2, 2008.

The Undine Apartments is a historic apartment complex in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built in 1918 by the Traver Brothers Company, a real estate development company founded by Charles Traver. Its construction was made possible in this location thanks to the advent of the streetcar. Undine Apartments has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 12, 2008.

The Havens–Page House, also known as the T. C. Havens House, is a historic house built between 1900 and 1924 at 101 North 39th Street in the Gold Coast Historic District of Omaha, Nebraska. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, this home is remarkable for its classical Georgian Revival architecture.
