Kampong Jerudong

Jerudong Park is an amusement park in Jerudong, Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. It is the largest and most expensive amusement park in Southeast Asia, built and funded by the Bruneian government for $1 billion. The Park began in design in the early 1990s, designed by an Australian, Perth-based Architecture and Landscape design firm. The same firm designed the "Crystal Arch" or the colloquially referred "Diamond Roundabout" at the entry to Istana Nurul Izzah, near Kampung Jerudong. During its first few years of operation, the park was completely free, with no admission fees and free rides. In 2009, it was reported that the number of visitors and tourists had dropped significantly. The owners introduced a one-time B$15 admission fee and a ride ticketing system. Currently, the theme park has reduced its footprint to Phase 1 and 2, the original Playground. It has revised its ride admission with a new ticket card system. The park is once again free entry to the general public with a fee to use a ride or other attraction. An $8 ticket card has 4 slots and 1 free slot (effectively allowing one guest to use 5 rides/attractions - or 2 guests to use two rides with one extra). The $10 ticket card has 5 slots plus 3 free slots (which means a guest can use 8 rides attractions and so on).

The Jerudong Park Amphitheater is an amphitheater at Jerudong Park in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. The amphitheater was built for a free Michael Jackson concert for the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's fiftieth birthday in 1996. The theater is located in Jerudong Park's Garden, designed with only a roof and its capacity is over 60,000. The stage is removable and can be replaced with another stage. When Michael Jackson performed at the theater, he replaced the built-in stage with his own stage, from the Dangerous World Tour. When he returned for the HIStory World Tour, Jackson used the stage for the tour minus the cherry picker and a statue of Jackson. Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, however, used the built-in stage. The theater is now used for wedding receptions, fundraiser events, and concerts.

The Brunei Darussalam International Defence Exhibition and Conference (BRIDEX), originally Brunei Darussalam International Defence Exhibition, was a biennial defence and security exhibition and conference held in Negara Brunei Darussalam. Involving all three service branches of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF; Malay: Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei, ABDB), it started in 2007, and was launched by the Ministry of Defence Brunei Darussalam (MinDef). The final BRIDEX event was scheduled to take place on 3–7 December 2013. Ministry of Defence, Brunei Darussalam again appointed Royal Brunei Technical Services (RBTS) as organisers of the event.

Tungku Beach (Malay: Pantai Tungku) is a Brunei Investment Agency (BIA) owned beach in Kampong Tungku, Berakas 'A', Brunei-Muara, Brunei. The beach is known for fishing, picnicking and view of sunsets over the South China Sea. The beach sits at an altitude of 76 metres (249 ft).In 1992, it was reported that the beach had severe sand erosion. On 24 February 2013, a beach cleaning campaign was hosted by the Ministry of Development's Lands Department.

IBTE Mechanical Campus, formerly known as Mechanical Training Centre (Malay: Pusat Latihan Mekanik, abbreviated as PLM) is a government vocational school in Brunei and one of the campuses under the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE). It is located in Tungku, a settlement in Brunei-Muara District. The school is a post-secondary institution which provides training specifically for the purpose of being a vehicle mechanic.

Sayyidina Husain Secondary School (Malay: Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Husain) is a government secondary school in Sengkurong, a settlement in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei. The school provides five years of general secondary education leading up to GCE O Level qualification. It was established in May 1994 and has a student population of around 1,100. The current principal is Dayangku Nooramaliatifah bin Pengiran Ahmad. It is one of the schools under Cluster 2, a school district of the Ministry of Education.
