Zabeel Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Zabeel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 18,000 seats. In 1974, it was completed. It is owned by the Mohsen Zolfaghary-led Zabeel Construction ClubZabeel Stadium is the official home pitch for the UAE Arabian Gulf League side Al Wasl FC. In 11 May 2001, Irish vocal pop band Westlife held a concert for their Where Dreams Come True Tour supporting their album Coast to Coast.

Al Jaddaf (Arabic: الجداف), also spelled Al Jadaf, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai in Bur Dubai, Al Jaddaf is bordered to the north and east by the Dubai Creek, to the south by Zabeel, and to the west by Umm Hurair 2. Historically, Al Jaddaf, which literally means The Rower, was used as a dhow building area and is also the location of the Dubai Ship Docking Yard (Jadaf). Its shipyards are today are a site for the building and maintenance of these traditional boats, and Dubai Maritime City is also a site where dhow boats are repaired. Al Jaddaf also houses the sports grounds and facilities of Al Wasl FC and Dubai Officers Club. Another important landmark is Al Wasl hospital – now named as Latifa hospital.New developments in the area include Dubai Culture Village (aka Jaddaf Waterfront), a zoned community dedicated to visual, performing and literary arts, and the second phase of Dubai Healthcare City. This area is still developing into a hotel hub with up to five hotels at present in construction and three hotels built, namely Marriott Al Jadaf, Reflection Hotel Apartments and Arabian Park Hotel. The area is also being developed as a residential location, with more than three residential apartments.Al Jaddaf has two metro stations, Creek (near the Al Jaddaf Marine Station on Dubai Creek) and Al Jadaf station, both on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro, which is controlled by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA). As of 2017, there is a large dhow being constructed in the area, intended to break the world record for size currently held by Kuwait.Also located on Dubai Creek is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.

WAFI is a mixed-use development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex includes a mall, hotel, restaurants, residences, and a nightclub. The "city" is styled after Ancient Egypt. This themed environment includes columns reminiscent of Karnak, small pyramids, and images of pharaohs. The walls are the colour of the light brown stone that can be found on structures in Ancient Egypt.

Wafi Mall is one of the oldest malls in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The mall is in the Wafi City complex that also includes a Raffles Dubai 5-star hotel in the shape of a pyramid, restaurants, residences, a nightclub, and a spa/leisure club, themed around the style of Ancient Egypt. The mall includes an Arabian-style Khan Murjan Souk, Carrefour hypermarket, and a Samal department store. The mall opened in 1991, and includes over 300 stores. It features stained glass ceilings in an Islamic style. The mall features a visa application centre. Free Wi-Fi is available in the mall, provided by du. In 2007, a gang of masked gunmen rammed two cars into shops at the mall, later set on fire, stealing cash and diamonds worth 14.7 million Dirhams. Later they were arrested in Europe and returned to Dubai. One gang member was later found dead in their cell.

Zabeel (Arabic: زعبيل), alternatively spelled Za'abeel, is a community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Za'abeel, which is in eastern Dubai, consists of two sub-communities: Zabeel 1, is adjacent to Al Nasr and is bounded to the south by routes E 66 (Oud Metha Road) and D 73 (2nd Zabeel Road). This sub-community is residential and contains Za'abeel Stadium, and Za'abeel Park, a popular spot for sports and live music. Zabeel 2, is bounded to the east by Za'abeel 1 and to the west by Business Bay. Za'abeel 2 contains the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse and the Ruler's Palace : the Zabeel Palace (fr).Both Za'abeel 1 and Za'abeel 2 are relatively newer, more affluent communities with villas and town homes. Zabeel is home to many official buildings including ministries.

Dubai Healthcare City (aka Dubai Health Care City and Healthcare City, Arabic: مدينة دبي الصحية) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Dubai Healthcare City.The station opened as part of the Green Line on 9 September 2011. The Green Line was extended beyond this station to connect Al Jadaf and Creek stations on 1 March 2014.The station is close to Wafi City, the Wafi Mall, the Khan Murjan Souk, Creek Park, Dubai Children's City, and the Dubai Dolphinarium.

Zabeel Palace (Arabic: قصر زعبيل), sometimes referred to as Za'abeel Palace, is the official residence of the ruling Al Maktoum family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated in the Zabeel district, the palace serves as both the home and administrative headquarters for the family, notably for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the current ruler of Dubai, and serves as the vice president and prime minister of the UAE.

Al Garhoud (Arabic: القرهود, al-qarhūd) is a commercial and residential zone. It is near Mirdif and it is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Garhoud is close to Dubai International Airport and therefore preferred by Emirates Airline pilots as a living place. The Emirates Aviation College is also situated in Al Garhoud. The roads around Al Garhoud are notorious for their traffic. People generally leave out the 'Al' part of Al Garhoud and call it Garhoud. The Emirates Airline/Emirates Group head office is in Garhoud. Grand Hyatt Dubai is a hotel in the area of Umm Hurair in Dubai, United Arab Emirates established in 2003; at the time its 682 rooms made it the largest hotel in Dubai. The restaurant serves Arabic cuisine. The Grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the Hyatt hotels. Zabeel is between Dubai Airport and the new developments in Dubai which is usually referred to as "new Dubai". The hotel lobby has an indoor rainforest, which, according to an Economist travel writer, had mixed results in injecting atmosphere.With more than 8,000 square meters, the hotel has one of the largest hotel convention centers in the city with the largest ballroom being able to host event with up to 2,500 people.

Jumeirah Creekside Park is a group of two towers in Dubai Healthcare City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are Jumeirah Creekside Park Residence and Jumeirah Creekside Park Hotel. Jumeirah Al Khor Residence is the taller of the two with 43 floors, standing at 172 metres (564 ft). The other tower has a height of 140 metres (460 ft), with 35 floors. Construction was expected to be completed in 2008 but is now on hold. The two towers will be managed by the Dubai-based hotelier Jumeirah. The hotel tower will contain 439 rooms and suites while the residential tower will have 406 apartments.

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) (Arabic: مدينة دبي الصحية) is a healthcare free economic zone situated in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DHCC was launched in 2002 by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. DHCC was mandated by the government to meet the demand for high-quality, patient-centered healthcare, and the main aim is to attract tourists to Dubai for medical services and treatments. Through strategic partnerships, DHCC provides a wide range of services in healthcare, medical education and research, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, wellness and allied support.DHCC comprises two phases. Phase 1 of DHCC is dedicated to healthcare and medical education and covers 4.1 million square feet. Phase 2, which is under development, is dedicated to wellness, and will cover 19 million square feet.In 2014 alone, visits to DHCC were up 20 percent to 1.2 million from 1 million in 2013, of which 15 percent were medical tourists. According to DHCC, the most popular procedures sought by medical tourists to DHCC include infertility, cosmetic and dental treatments. Most medical tourists came to the DHCC from the Gulf Cooperation Council area (37 percent) and wider Arab world (25 percent), though 20 percent came from Europe and 18 from Asia.
