University of Cabuyao

Gulod station is a proposed railway station located on the South Main Line in Laguna, Philippines. It is planned to be situated in between the existing Cabuyao and Mamatid stations. This PNR station is proposed by the JICA for both the current Metro Commuter and the South Line of the North-South Commuter Rail Project.

Cabuyao (Tagalog: [kɐˈbujaʊ]), officially the City of Cabuyao (Filipino: Lungsod ng Cabuyao), is a component city in the province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 355,330 people. It used to be known as the "richest municipality in the Philippines" because of the large populace of migrants working in the town's industrial estates. Nestlé Philippines, Asia Brewery, Inc., San Miguel Corporation, Tanduay Distillers, Inc., Wyeth Philippines, Inc., Procter & Gamble Philippines, Light Industry and Science Park of the Philippines and Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna have established factories or are located in Cabuyao. By virtue of Republic Act No. 10163, the municipality of Cabuyao was converted to a component city after the ratification of a plebiscite held on August 4, 2012.

A branch was also established in Davao in 2018, marking the official start of the school's operations in Mindanao. MMCL offers 9 accredited programs, including two enhanced through its collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU). The institution achieved autonomous status in 2019, 13 years after its establishment, making it the youngest college in the country to attain this recognition. It has had a string of successes over the years which include 100% passing rates in several licensure and certification examinations, and the exceptionally high employment rates of graduates – all of which have helped MMCL secure its ranking as the 3rd HEI (higher educational institution) in Calabarzon.

The Space Shuttle is a steel roller coaster situated at Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna in the Philippines. It is a Vekoma Boomerang coaster. It has a single train with seven cars, with 2 rows per car and 2 seats per row. The train is capable of carrying a maximum of 28 passengers. It is inspired by sci-fi films and the NASA space program of the 1960s. This 11-story roller coaster inverts riders six times - three times forward and three times backward. This is the first coaster ride of its kind in the country. This ride was originally called the 'Cobra' and it was located at West Midland Safari and Leisure Park in Bewdley, England from 1985 to 1991.

Enchanted Kingdom (abbreviated as EK), is a theme park in the Philippines. It is located along RSBS Boulevard (San Lorenzo Road) in Santa Rosa, Laguna. It has a land area of 25 hectares (62 acres). The park is managed and operated by Enchanted Kingdom Inc. Enchanted Kingdom is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
