East Washington Village is a multiethnic neighborhood in Pasadena, California, straddling the border with Altadena and centered on Washington Boulevard between Hill Avenue and Altadena Drive. Though the western half is in incorporated Pasadena, the eastern half is in unincorporated Altadena.

The Bunny Museum is a museum dedicated to rabbits that was opened to the public in 1998, located in a mid-century building in Altadena, California, US. The museum currently holds more than 35,000 rabbit-related items across 16 galleries in a 7,000 square foot space. Amongst the ever-expanding collection there are ceramic rabbits, rabbit antiquities, stuffed rabbits, cookie-jar rabbits, 9 Rose Parade float rabbits, freeze-dried rabbits, and more. The museum has held the world record for "owning the most bunny items in the world" since 1999 when it was acknowledged by Guinness World Records. At that point in time, it housed 8,473 pieces of rabbit memorabilia. The slogan of the museum is "The Hoppiest Place in the World". It also houses three live rabbits.The museum was co-founded by married couple Candace Frazee and Steve Lubanski, who started collecting the items after they began a tradition of giving each other new rabbit-themed gifts every day. Originally housed in the couple's residential home in Pasadena, the museum relocated to larger premises in Altadena in 2017.In 2018, the Los Angeles Times wrote of the museum: "The rabbit array may seem to tilt to kitsch, but the vast stockpile harbors insight and imparts a quirky sort of gravitas."

The House at 1487 Loma Vista Street is a historic house located at 1487 Loma Vista Street in Pasadena, California. The American Craftsman house was built in 1913 in the city's Pasadena Heights neighborhood. A gable with paired brackets covers the front porch and part of the first story; the gable is supported by three concrete piers topped by decorative lumber uprights. The sides and rear of the house each have gables at both the first and second stories. All of the gables in the house have exaggerated peaks inspired by Asian architecture, wide eaves, and exposed rafter tails. The property includes a similarly designed garage, which also has an exaggerated gable peak and is considered a contributing building.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 20, 2004.

The House at 1141 North Chester Avenue is a historic house located at 1141 North Chester Avenue in the Bungalow Heaven district of Pasadena, California. John A. Jergenson designed and built the airplane bungalow for himself and his wife in 1914. The house is wood frame with a stone wall foundation; stone is also used in the four wide piers supporting the porch. The small, central upper story is the characteristic feature of the airplane bungalow design, which takes its name from the half-story's resemblance to an airplane cockpit. The gable roofs on both stories feature wide, overhanging eaves and exposed rafter tails.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 14, 2014.

The light rail station opened on July 26, 2003, as part of the original Gold Line, then known as the "Pasadena Metro Blue Line" project. The station is also signed as Allen/College, for the nearby Pasadena City College, which operates shuttles between the station and its campuses.It is one of the A Line stations near the Rose Parade route on Colorado Boulevard and is used by people coming to see the parade.This station features an architectural design called Rider's Dream, created by artist Michael Amescua.
