Ein HaMifratz (Hebrew: עֵין הַמִּפְרָץ, lit. Bayview) is a kibbutz near Acre in northern Israel. Located on the Mediterranean coast, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Asher Regional Council. As of 2021 it had a population of 1,259.

Na'aman River, (Hebrew: נחל נעמן, romanized: Nahal Na'aman; Arabic: نهر النعامين, romanized: Nahr Na'mein), is a stream in northwestern Israel. To the ancient writers Pliny, Tacitus and Josephus it was known as the Belus or Belos River of Phoenicia.The Na'aman River today originates from springs near Ein Afek, primarily Ein Nymphit, and flows through the Zebulun Valley from south to north, before emptying into the Bay of Haifa (formerly Bay of Acre) south of Acre (Akko) on the Mediterranean Sea.

Acre Municipal Stadium (Hebrew: האצטדיון העירוני של עכו, Haitztadion Haironi Shel Akko), also Toto Acre Stadium (Hebrew: אצטדיון טוטו עכו, Itztadion Toto Akko), is a soccer stadium in Acre, Israel. It is the home ground of Hapoel Acre which plays in Liga Leumit, the second tier of the Israeli football league system. The stadium is located at the southern entrance of town, near the Ein HaMifratz intersection.

Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. (Hebrew: רפאל - מערכות לחימה מתקדמות בע"מ, formerly Rafael Armament Development Authority), ("Rafael" from Hebrew acronym of "Authority for the Development of Armaments" - רשות לפיתוח אמצעי לחימה‎) is an Israeli defense technology company. It was founded as Israel's National R&D Defense Laboratory for the development of weapons and military technology within the Israeli Ministry of Defense; in 2002 it was incorporated as a limited company.Rafael develops and produces weapons, military, and defense technologies for the Israel Defense Forces and for export abroad. All current projects are classified.

Ein Nymphit (עין נמפית‎, lit. Nymphit Spring) is a small nature reserve northwest of Tel Afek, south of Kfar Masaryk, Israel.

The Krayot central bus station (Hebrew: מרכזית הקריות: Merkazit HaKrayot) is a public transport terminal serving as a terminus for the Metronit bus rapid transit system, and as a station for local bus routes serving the Krayot suburbs of Haifa, Israel. Despite its name, the station is not located in the center of the Krayot but is located on the northern edge within the municipal boundaries of Kiryat Motzkin. Operations began in August 2013, coinciding with the commencement of the new Metronit system in the region. Since early 2014, the terminal has served as a terminus for three Metronit lines and some Egged bus routes. The Metronit lines currently departing from the terminal are Line 1 to Hof HaCarmel central bus station, that operates 24 hours, and Line 3, that travels through Kiryat Yam to the Hadar HaCarmel neighbourhood in Haifa, And Line 4 that travels like line 1 to Merkazit Hamifratz and then to Hof HaCarmel central bus station via the Carmel Tunnels ant the Grand Canyon. When the Metronit began, local bus routes were modified to account for the service, with several extended or rerouted to terminate at the Krayot central bus station. The Krayot central bus station includes car parking facilities and bus shelters. In late 2013, a small shopping mall was opened nearby. The Ministry of Transportation has plans to eventually construct a future second Kiryat Motzkin railway station near the site.Bus lines from Haifa to destinations north of the Krayot route via the Haifa-Acre Road (Route 4), some 500 meters east of the station, and do not enter the Krayot central bus station. Some do not even stop at the station adjacent to it.

Napoleon Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Acre, Israel. It was mostly used for football matches and hosted the home games of Hapoel Acre. The capacity of the stadium was 5,000 spectators at its peak. The stadium is now used for Hapoel Acre training. The stadium was named for the famous general Napoleon Bonaparte.

The Tower of Flies (Latin: Turris Muscarum) was a formidable guard tower/fort at the medieval city-port of Acre, Israel, which overlooked the harbour from a small island and protected the city's rich maritime trade. It also served as a lighthouse. Its precise origins are unknown, but it is an ancient structure, most likely built in Phoenician times. It was the Crusaders of Europe that redeveloped the tower to the height of its prowess during a re-fortification of the ancient port after the city's capture in the First Crusade. The tower was also attached to a giant harbour chain that was strung across the harbour to prevent the entry of ships. The ruins of the tower are still visible today.

The Or Torah or Djerba Synagogue is a Tunisian synagogue in Acre, Israel, built after the El Ghriba synagogue on Djerba. The building was erected in 1955. The building is covered with millions of mosaics inside which have been manufactured at Kibbutz Eilon. The building has 140 stained glass windows and a dome.

Ptolemais was an ancient port city on the Canaanite coast in the region of Palestine, in the location of the present-day city of Acre, Israel. It was also called Ptolemais in Canaan (or Akko, Ake, or Akre in Canaanite Language). It was an Ancient bishopric, which became a double Catholic titular see. In the Middle Ages, it was known as Acre amongst some Western European crusaders, who started a new, militantly Latin chapter there.

The siege of Acre was the first significant counterattack by Guy of Jerusalem against Saladin, leader of the Muslims in Syria and Egypt. This pivotal siege formed part of what later became known as the Third Crusade. The siege lasted from August 1189 until July 1191, in which time the city's coastal position meant the attacking Latin force were unable to fully invest the city and Saladin was unable to fully relieve it with both sides receiving supplies and resources by sea. Finally, it was a key victory for the Crusaders and a serious setback for Saladin's ambition to destroy the Crusader states.

Acre railway station (Hebrew: תחנת הרכבת עכו, Taḥanat HaRakevet Ako) is an Israel Railways passenger station serving the city of Acre (Akko) and the surrounding towns and villages.
